First time at Lou’s and Chicago and they made the wait fun and inviting. Great service real friendly workers with great conversation and the pizza is absolutely superb, truly exquisite, a meal fit only for kings. Truly a must go and I intend on coming back in the future.

Just visited Chicago for the first time and was excited to try authentic Chicago-style deep dish pizza—but I was seriously disappointed. I ordered from Deep Dish Pizza and spent $73 for two pizzas, wings, and cookies. Honestly, the only thing worth eating were the wings—they were awesome. But the pizza? Absolutely no flavor. The crust was bland, the sauce tasted like canned tomatoes, and the cheese didn’t even taste fresh. The cookies were hard but had a decent buttery flavor. On top of that, there were no napkins or utensils in the bag. For that price, I expected way better. Super let down. Definitely not worth the hype or the money.

I picked up pizza valentines day DELICIOUS and picked up for a friend so…..I ordered the same Totally different attitude, pizza, opened pulled out piece Hahahaha seriously the cardboard (photos) thicker than pizza 1 piece small spinach on SPINACH PIZZA $45.00 I called to talk to manager …..”to busy what’s the problem” yes my nail is WIDER THAN THE “DEEP DISH” I have to LAUGH at it

Was really looking forward to this for my birthday dinner. I have been out of the area for 5 years, and came back to this. Our pizza arrived with hair in it. Not only that, but it was super thin. What happened to Chicago style that reached the edge of the crust? What happened to meeting the top of the crust? Sad to say it will be some time before I spend money here again.

My husband has heard nothing but good things about this place. Unfortunately, we both agreed that the deep dish was not what it was worked up to be. So much grease sitting on top, the crust taste like cardboard, sauce had no flavor. The sausage carried the pizza and wasn’t even that great either. Would not recommend! We loved the Buffalo wings tho.

It is an ok pizzeria. I feel as though it was a bit pricey to make your own pizza and the booths were tight. My children found the loud atmosphere hard on their ears at times. The menue was also small and could have more pizza toppings. I had the deep dish pizza with butter bread. It was alright. Besides pizza not many choices but soup and several types of salad. It did have some handicap parking outside. Restrooms were a bit tight.

Order on-line, pick it up right on time. Excellent deep dish Pizza, maybe the best. Plenty of toppings, I love the tomato sauce, very fresh tasting. Staff is very pleasant and organized. I always over buy. A small really is enough for two good eaters. This is a must every time I’m in town.
