I don’t eat meat. It even says just cheese and fries. Took 30 mins to even order my food and another 15 to receive the incorrect order. Would not recommend.

If your in a hurry to grab a bite to eat than this is a perfect spot. Their meals are filling and come with choice of two sides and a drink. Today I stopped just to get o e of their delicious shakes. I got the banana and also a cappuccino one. Their shakes are always fresh and think and you taste the pieces of real fruit in them. During July and August they have the watermelon one…….yes you will get seeds in it! In December they have the eggnog shake. All the shakes are exceptional. The food is basic and some can be greasy but it’s cheaper than most places and the meal will fill you up. I got t some cheese curds which are actually a bit like what you get in Wisconsin. We got an order of the Cajun cheese fries which were messy and best eaten with a fork. The seasoning was only on top and therefore not on all the fries. O really for fast food it’s 3 stars but a 4 star for the shakes……and they have like 50 different flavors to choose from. Employers are hit or miss. Some are nice and sometimes you get one with an attitude like they do t want to be there. There are two lanes and are pretty quick, I feel the right outer lane goes faster because most don’t realize that there is a second lane. They do have a walk up wi Dow but nowhere to sit so your food has to be to go. It’s always casual and laid back atmosphere and at night you get a lot of teens and drunks there.

We ordered cheese bites and Cajun fries on the side. However, we only received four cheese bites each, and did not have any Cajun seasoning on the fries. This is unacceptable for the price that we are paid.

Absolutely horrible, couldn’t count my change properly, asked for pickles and onions on my burger, didnt put either. Asked for pickles and onions in the Cajun ranch wrap didnt put either, gave me 3 cheese bites, absolutely will refuse to eat from this location again, HORRIBLE

What happened?! I used to really like Cookout but they fell from grace! The order was all messed up. They forgot the fries, the burgers were undercooked, the slaw dog had no slaw (but they charged me for it) and the Sprite tasted like it was made with pool water. Oh and they also put the wrong stickers on the shakes we ordered. Avoid at all cost!!

I just visited the Cookout on Reynolda Road My order was received fresh and quick. I open my box to discover I did not have seasoning on my fries so I asked the young lady (African American with dreads) could I get some seasoning salt (she rolled her eye) she asked for my tray back but I asked could you put it in the packet. She then went to the back to fix the seasoning salt and again when she hand it back rolled her eyes before I could say Thank you she mumbled something and walked away. This customer service is not acceptable and to have an attitude at 11 am⁸ in the morning then she should not be working. I should have went to the one on University Parkway

Definitely not the best cookout .. the attitudes suck as bad as the service…and as far as the food, the fries are barely cooked and there’s a good chance you’ll find hair in ur food.. good luck picking a line too bc one is always 3x slower than the other one

Despite arriving to the walk-up order window with a vast list of orders, the employees– particularly the on-shift manager– succeeded in accurately documenting and fulfilling our orders. This was in the midst of typical drive-through traffic one might expect at 6pm on a weekend. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. It would be difficult enough to recall all the intricacies of an order this size, but to follow through with accuracy and graciousness deserves ample praise. I am in the process of retrieving this receipt so that I may identify and thank the manager by name, but in the interim, I hope a positive review such as this can suffice.

I’ve never been to a Cook Out that disappointed me before, but this visit definitely did. The staff’s attitude was very distasteful, and the burger I ordered was extremely flat with barely any meat. My mom also ordered a chicken quesadilla, and there was no chicken in it at all. Definitely not the quality I’m used to from Cook Out.

The employees stare you down like they got a problem w you when they’re walking back inside from break. Also, they have you always waiting at the menu order area where your waiting to give your order and no responses.
The employees there are prideful as can be and seem to not care what energy they give off at that restaurant. Not a nice cook out to go to.
