I don’t usually eat at Papa John’s often, but after today’s experience, that’s definitely going to change. I had a special request to make my pregnant fiancée’s day a little brighter, and the team at this location absolutely delivered. The manager, Jason, went above and beyond to help me with a custom order. He was understanding, kind, and genuinely wanted to make it perfect for her. Jennifer, one of the workers, was also incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. Their kindness and attention to detail really meant a lot to us. It’s rare to find that level of care and customer service these days, and I truly appreciate what they did. Thank you, Jason and Jennifer! You’ve definitely gained a loyal customer!

Customer service was awful. Order pizza in advance showed up to purchase. Pizza was given away. GM wouldn’t give a partial discount for waiting more time. I have never been to a fast food restaurant when the error was from them and wouldn’t give a partial refund for the inconvenience. In plus Caitlin, the general manager lied about unable to reach out to another leader to help out what the situation. Plus the pizza wasn’t made properly

To the people at this location, please stop sending my delivery orders to W. Bitters location via doordash. They do not provide me the service that you do. They make mistakes and dont make the pizza right. Please dont say that I’m not you your delivery radius I am. I habe gotten your deliveries before even without it being through doordash. Please help me out with future orders. Thank you!

Service was absolutely Horrible by John who works at the NW military dr. Location in SA Tx . He was Beyond rude and had the Nastiest tone in his voice and handling me as a customer, because of the complaint I had. I requested that my wings be over cooked but not burnt just crisped more. Instead He chose to argue with me about the wings instead of making the correction and satisfying me. He told me the wings come already cooked but I expressed to him that evidently this batch wasn’t cooked as well as it could have been , bottom line my request was simple I asked him if he could remake my order and run it through longer than the normal, He refused and never showed no remorse or apologized he simply did not care about my satisfaction concerning the wings . He eventually told me after 10 minutes he can give me a discount if he remakes them and that was the wrong answer for me , they don’t care about how they do your order or present your food , my daughter had the same issue with this same location prior to.it’s Sunday 11/28/2021 I reached out to cooperate but they won’t be open til Monday , This was the worst service and customer experience I have ever had , After I told him that all I was trying to do was feed my hungry children , wasted money and wasted time , the money I spent was my last and I’m so angry cause I could of went somewhere else and got what I wanted with out any issues but I chose Papa John’s and trusted that they would treat me right and Fair , Never again , I warn you Do not Go to them at all , you will regret it !!!

Very poor food presentation… i was delivered a pizza that had little topping for a meatball pepperoni specialty pizza… where is the pepperoni ?! to top it off, i ordered garlic knots and they are burnt and hard… very disappointed… now i’m on hold for over 10 minutes trying to complain about their poor food quality… unacceptable…

I generally avoid this Papa John’s location even though it is the closest one to where I live. I have had a few bad experiences there. Today I decided to give them another try. Sadly, the service was just as bad as it has been previous times. I went in to pick up my order (that I had placed myself on the app). The employee treated me like a delivery driver. He wasted my time putting stickers on the boxes and then asked me to prove the name on the order. Luckily I still had the app handy on my phone, but that was insulting. I understand if they have had trouble with people pretending to be delivery drivers and stealing things, but he could see that it was an online delivery order and I gave him my name already. Plus, I am clearly not one of the hoodlums that hang out in that area.
The cherry on top was when I asked for cheese and peppers and he skimped me.
It’s possible I will be back someday, but after this and similar rude treatments in the past, I will definitely think twice and choose a different location if at all possible.
