Everything is pretty much perfect. I did not like though how I unfortunately got stuck in traffic and was behind on picking my pizza up. I get to the store and the pizzas are just sitting against the wall on a non heated shelf. That is one thing I will say Little Caesars does amazing at. They keep your food warm until you are picking up. It should be something every pizza location does instead of leaving the pizzas out to get cold.

Worst Domino’s location I’ve ever gotten pizza from. Pizza is never prepared properly. Tried to give this location a chance several times, but the pizza is never cooked properly. I give up. Literally go anywhere else but here. Waste of money coming here. Best Domino’s location that actually knows how to cook pizza is in Catonsville on Johnnycake Road. Pizza was totally different from the one I bought two days ago. I asked for hand toss and it was thin. The pizza was dry and edges a little burnt. Also was not hot. Delivery person was kind and didn’t take long to deliver, but pizza took long to be picked up after baked. Tastes like a frozen pizza. Was very disappointed. Two days ago I would have given it a 5, but today 1 since I couldn’t do a 0. Also it was sliced in 5 slices. The other day, Friday, 6 or 7. It was a large pizza.

Update 08/2022 – This store accepted online orders on 8/6/22 however their internet was supposedly down, so many people showed up, did not get anything they ordered (and paid for). Even worse, the employee at the store did not answer the phone, saw that people were knocking on the door and stood there completely useless. Had it not been for an arriving delivery driver (which, how were they making deliveries if their internet was down?) explaining the situation we would have had no idea. Days later, no word on a refund, and the useless employees/ manager don’t even pick up the phone.
This location NEVER makes pizzas correctly. There’s always uneven slices, poorly distributed ingredients, and never enough sauce. Today we ordered a pan pizza, with extra sauce and there was absolutely NO sauce on the pizza. This seems to specifically happen with pan pizzas. They’re usually very lacking in sauce despite the fact we always request extra, but this is the first time they’ve left it off entirely. IDK what is going on at that location but they’re not giving customers what they pay for. Corporate will be hearing about this.

This is probably the worst dominos location I’ve come across. The pizza is cold, soggy, poorly put together and undercooked. Do not order from here!!! Do not do direct order, uber eats, DoorDash, anything. It’s absolutely disgusting. They’re are way better chain restaurants or pizzerias literally anywhere else. I asked for “well done” and this is how it came (see photo). Be warned

Super surprised to see negative reviews for this location. Work in construction and 4 of my bigger residential jobs have been around the corner from this place, I’ve ordered probably 20-30 pizzas intermittently here over the past 2ish years and never had any problems. It’s always ready in less then 15mins and as a franchise Dominos is the only decent pizza that’s affordable as they’re regularly running massive deals. Order a pizza and enjoy the haters will always hate.

Terrible pizza. Undercooked every single time. Take all the negative comments several other people have left seriously. Seems management doesn’t have any interest in improving the quality, as things have seemed to have gone downhill since 2024. Done giving this place any more chances, management doesn’t take complaints/concerns/feedback seriously at all.

Found many pieces of hair inside my food. Contacted the Manager right away but said he doesn’t know how to refund a gift card which is how I paid and to call him back when he is not busy. It has been 5 days and I have not received a refund.
