As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Customer service was excellent the food not so much I spent over 25 dollars on my order just to get back home on the other side of town to see that my sandwich is nothing of what I ordered or the quality I expected for the money I spent. My chicken is overcooked the lettuce looks old and the bacon is sorry. Oh and the big one there was NO FIRED ONIONS NOT EVEN ONE and no receipt and neither of my bags.

Thoroughly disappointed with this service as I just sent my children up to get some ice cream and each cup of ice cream had obvious pieces of hair located inside the cups. Always! Always! check your bag. I’ve brought pies on 2 separate occasions and both times they were not in the bag. They don’t answer the phone. 2nd time was on me….won’t be a 3rd food was trash

I have ordered from this location a few times. They are always horrifically slow. Food is usually ok. Tonight, I ordered a banana milkshake from DoorDash. I received a half empty cup of vanilla ice cream with banana flavoring on the top and bottom of the cup. Not mixed in at all, and again, it’s halfway empty. I’m assuming the machine was down (I have heard this more than once from this location), but they should have said that instead of giving me half of what I paid for, and the half that I did receive is inedible. I literally got a mouth full of banana flavoring when I took a sip. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with a milkshake-once I ordered a banana milkshake and received a half of a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Unacceptable.

I ordered a big Burford with only mayo and ketchup and I got the item with out mayo and ketchup and the large fry wasn’t good either. I also ordered a loaded fry with extra bacon, but once received it didn’t have any ranch nor was there a fork. Mostly, this franchise is always on point with their food but this time, it just slipped through the cracks. I’m very disappointed with this order and I also took photos of the items for future reference in case proof needed to be shown. I have tried the website and when it says to select the location it’s not pulling up the location so I can submit this information.

Checkers in the middle of the night in pontiac or romulus or dearborn heights? best ever and always fresh. Checkers in downtown detroit in the middle of the night? ice cold fries, my burger is dry and flavorless, like they stripped the beef flavor from it, and my sweet iced tea is full of diabetes with a hint ,(a very big hint), of grape. Why?? I’m also in the hospital and was hoping for better food than what came out of henry ford’s cafeteria, it’s not, it’s worse. Just avoid this location at all cost at all times. Just go to the McDonald’s on springwells. I literally cannot swallow yet alone consume any of this order. Edit, I will gladly contact you guys since NOONE else seems to be doing it, message has been sent with more detail.

The girl at the drive thru window was sweet, got serviced fast..HOWEVER, my $9 meal was way too expensive for what I got. My fries weren’t fresh but instead were old fries that were put back into the grease. They were super greasy and crunchy. My chicken sandwich was greasy, the the patty was not fresh and barely contained any chicken. I regret going here cus I could’ve got a mcchicken from McDonald’s for $2 compared to the $9 that I spent. Plus I Couldn’t do feedback as I didn’t receive a receipt. I didn’t feel like going back to have it remade that’s what I get for diverting from my usual order of fries n a shake.
