At 6363 Hearne Ave., I just ordered the “Deal of the Day.” for Tuesday.
The bread was stale and the tomatoes were old and soggy. I tried calling as printed on the receipt for compliments or concerns, the number is no longer in service. The contact us feature on the website is also not working.

I ordered online and when I went to pick up I was told that they didn’t have any meatballs. They had my number so they could have contacted me. It’s not like they were packed. There was no issue making my new sandwich but the guy basically threw it to me when he was done.

Been there yesterday evening. Ordered a foot long veggie sandwich. They did not have veggie patty. The sub tasted good and the ingredients were fresh. The lady who prepared the order was courteous and attentive. Definitely recommend.

August 7 2021. It’s 12:00 lunch time and this young lady is all by herself and she did a wonderful job. When we left she had 12 order to do all by herself. She needs a raise. Good job sweetie .

Ordered on the app. Was told to pick up at 1:10. We came in at 1:20 and was told they were about to start it. I asked at 1:30 if it was almost ready and was told they haven’t started it yet. They had other customers. By this time every customer in there came in after we did. Got a refund and went somewhere else.
