Los Comales- This restaurant in Ojinaga, Mexico, is my number one favorite sit in restaurant. Los Comales breaks my scale with the ratings, the food here is so delicious. They serve lots of chips & salsa’s, the service here is fantastic! The restrooms are clean! The atmosphere is fabulous & makes you want to return! Everybody is so friendly & the workers are happy to serve you. The prices on the menu are very reasonable & fair. The servings on the plates of food you order are jaw dropping. You better come here on an empty stomach because you will leave so full, you will want a nap! I recommend the chicken fried steak, anything fish on the menu, specifically the Bass Fish! Everything on the menu it’s 225 pesos or less. The special for the day will never let you down! I highly recommend this restaurant, you will leave highly satisfied! To be quite honest, I could genuinely recommend everything on the menu & you wouldn’t be disappointed! This is a must go to restaurant! Come & enjoy!

I thought everything was delicious. I had the grilled fish with garlic. It came with a salad and a baked potato, and I also got poblano soup. I live in Merida but if I lived here I would visit again. The server was great! The menu is in English and Spanish which is nice. I am still learning Spanish.

Los Comales has never let me down! They have great salsa with chips and they just keep bringing it out! Almost every dish they have tastes great! I do recommend you replace the salad with beans on your order because their beans are great!

Long-time eating establishment, located just across the street, south of the presidencia municipal (city hall). Specialties are steaks and typical Mexican dishes. I love their guacamole! Prices are very reasonable. They don’t stay open very late, so plan accordingly.

Very warm, well-run establishment. I went mid afternoon and staff were diligently cleaning. Friendly waiter, attentive bartender and a happy manager all checked in with me to be sure I was good with everything and I was. I loved everything about this little gem of a restaurant. The fresh squeezed limeade in agua mineral came in a massive tumbler. The chips and salsa and Pico de Gallo were all fresh and flavorful. The entree was a generous portion of fajitas a la parilla that were accompanied by a whole field of grilled onions and bell peppers. Endless hot corn tortillas and a very reasonable price! It’s off the beaten path but that’s where all the best places are! Viva Los Comales!
