Excellent burgers and best waffle fries (crispy & salty)! They also have a variety of donuts and are very kid friendly. I especially appreciate the books and few puzzle/game options for the children. Tables are not always clean, but still worth the visit.

Perfect place to take your kids for a fun outing that they will enjoy through and through. We love our donut dated. Staff are welcoming and patient. The donuts are amazing and the environment is chill with a side of whimsy.

Amazing burgers! Make sure to ask for them “Luther style!” That means that they put your smash burger between two freshly glazed donuts. This place has several dessert options as well a few smash burger options. They have milkshakes and ice cream, too. There is adequate seating and some outside seats as well. There are two bathrooms available in the back to wash your hands from the sticky donuts.

My son and I now enjoy a tradition of stopping by this shop for a burger, crab burger, and donuts after practice. While the food is consistently delicious, it’s truly our experience with Talon and Maris that brought us back. In fact, each staff we have encountered on Tuesday evenings has made our visit more than a quick bite to eat. It’s been an opportunity to connect with friendly people who share a love for good food. Donuts are cakey and amazing. Never had a mediocre donut here. Love their themed donuts (check out the Halloween donuts in the pic!) Staff is super friendly. I come here all the time for coffee and free WiFi.

Was able to place my order quickly. A little overwhelming with all the burgers, coffees, shakes, and donuts available to choose from! We decided to keep it simple this time and got the red velvet donut, which was an excellent choice! Delicious and moist! Will definitely be back to try more of what they offer!

I rarely eat out and I’m even more convinced why I make that decision. Tonight at 6:59pm, I ordered a double smash burger with NO CHEESE on DoorDash for pickup.
The Huguenot location has added cheese to my burgers before in the past, so I made a mental note to check the goods before leaving. Shame on me for forgetting upon arrival to check for cheese . Instead, I immediately opened the bag and went in to chow down on some fries.
When I got home and prepared to eat the burger, I apparently had good faith that my burger was not laced with cheese. I ate three bites and realized something tasted creamy, so I opened the burger up. Between the two patties was…wait for it -CHEESE! I immediately tapped out, closed the contents, reviewed my receipt which said NO CHEESE and put the bag in the refrigerator.
I told myself I was going to go back tomorrow to show management and get a store credit. I’d rather get their maple bacon donuts anyway but dang! Their burgers are fair enough when I want one; I’m just disappointed I can’t trust my order will be correct.
I am not knowingly lactose intolerant nor do I suffer from adverse health scares when eating cheese, however, I just don’t like cheese like that and especially on my burger! Luckily, I had some lemon water in reach to wash down the taste and budding film on my tongue. I gots drama if you want some lol!
I will make a stronger mental note to check my food anywhere I get take out from moving forward. If you suffer from allergic reactions and want Sugar Shack/Luther Burger, be sure to inspect your food upon the nom factor!
