1st Experience based on their reviews is why we chose to stop while in the area. We ordered a burrito bowl, cane Asada fries and jalapeño poppers. Let me say this was delicious and we had more than enough food. Poppers were large and very flavorful! The burrito bowl “WOW” whatever their secret sauce is just simply AMAZING ! And the Carne Asada Fries the same! We are big eaters and this was a LOT of food! The serving bowls are very deceiving! They need more seating. I think they are outgrowing their space, because they are so good! I would recommend this place and let me tell you those burgers people were getting looked amazing! People were courteous at tables to let everyone sit. We will definitely go back when in Castlerock! This place Rocks! I am a very picky restaurant reviewer being that I have worked at high end restaurants and they not onky met but exceeded my expectations!

Stopped at this place on a whim for some quick lunch. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, great environment. This is easily a top 3 burger in Colorado no question. Fries came out crispy and seasoned. Burger was stacked and all the ingredients were fresh. 0 complaints at all. Will reccomend to friends and family. Will go out of my way to come back soon.

We tried Stack’d for the first time today, and we were not disappointed! I had the Philly with mushrooms, my husband had the Bourbon Bacon Jam double. Added a side of 1/2 fries and 1/2 onion rings. Everything was delicious! The staff was great and very knowledgeable. The location is a tucked away little shop, but well worth the trip.

The ONLY seasoned fries I enjoy! The seasoning isn’t spicy, it’s more like the spices you expect in pizza sauce. The side of fries was a generous serving. I split them with my husband. Our food was fresh and hot. The service was friendly.

Our first visit to Stack’d in Castle Rock was outstanding! The food was absolutely delicious, and you could tell right away this is a popular spot — the restaurant was packed the whole time we were there. What impressed us most was how well the flow was managed: no one had to wait for a table, but there was never more than one open. It created such a lively, fun atmosphere while still feeling organized and welcoming.

We’ll definitely be back — it’s easy to see why Stack’d has become a local favorite!

This is by far the best burger in town! Castle Rock has been needing a legit burger joint! You know one where you don’t have to get a crazy burger but still kinda have the option to. Or you know like all the others that are probably just using a frozen patty or another chain. I mean I was really impressed.

Let see, the burger was juicy which is a huge win! What caught me off guard was how they toasted the bun. Like I have had toasted buns but this had a perfect buttery crunch to it without being over toasted to where it would scrape your mouth. The spicy chili sauce is amazing! Reminds me of a place I used to go to in college.

The fries were legit! I was a bit concerned looking at them because it looked like A LOT of seasoning, which it was but wasn’t a heavy salt base so it wasn’t overly salty. It was just right! The fried zucchini was a good change up and almost tasted like fried pickles. I do think the pickles they use for their burgers would be pretty amazing fried as well!

The only thing I didn’t like was the inside had office vibes. Hopefully that will change in time. I think an art mural on the south wall would really liven up the place! I mean it’s a burger joint, it’s supposed to be a laid back fun atmosphere. I don’t want to feel like I’m eating in the break room. It’s not a deal breaker, I think it could just be spruced up a bit more.

Will be back here for sure! It was a bit more than what I like to spend on burgers but rent is stupid these days. So I get it. Plus we left full. So I got my money’s worth.

Pretty good overall, just out of luck googling “food” being in the area, was quick to pop up posted next to Wilcox st. Obviously recently moved into their building, it’s a bit small but not to bad with a few more decorations.
I got the double bacon cheeseburger. While it was very fresh and delicious 14.5 bucks is quite a number for a cheeseburger with nothing else included. A standard 20oz drink brings it to over $18; no fries today. The good news is the burger was so delicious I only had time to take a picture of my empty tray, and I’ll admit it filled me just about right. Here’s to hoping they can bring their prices of some items down to more accessible levels in the future.

Something funny I realized after I left is this used to be a Subway and I worked at that subway in 2018. So that felt a bit odd

Very cool local spot. Food is obviously very fresh and hot. Service was wonderful. Very willing to customize to meet our tastes. They are popular and a small spot so come early or grab your food to go. Enjoyed our date night food and looking forward to the next one.
