I normally go to this location and am very satisfied, however tonight was a whole different experience. I ordered a Papa Picks double pepperoni with light sauce. I just glanced at the receipt and I noticed that the Papa Pics cheese was ordered. I had brought this to their attention and I got the pepperoni, however the pizza didn’t have light sauce.
I tried calling twice tonight about the issue, however got no answer and I couldn’t leave a voicemail.

Ordered some pizza and cookie dough for delivery. They didn’t deliver the cookie dough so I called to ask about it. They said they forgot to give it to the delivery driver and then said they couldn’t refund and I could only drive in to get it. First time ordering from them but it will be the last.
Edit to say they also forgot the sausage on our cowboy pizza.

I order Papa Murphy’s every Friday. I tend to change my pick up location based on the errands I need to run that day. I always order ahead of time. I placed my order just after 12pm and set the pick up time for 3pm. As I was running behind in schedule, I ended up arriving just after 4pm. I assumed it would be waiting for me like it always is. But they didn’t even have it made yet. They were scrambling to complete it as I stood there with all the other walk-in customers. What is the point of online orders if the pizza is still going to be made when you get there? This location is the most staffed yet slowest, poorest experience I’ve had. Workers were flustered but were still kind which I can appreciate. We love papa Murphy’s so I plan on ordering again just not from this location. The pizza was good but all of our pizzas bubbled more than usual.

I stopped in tonight and grabbed one of their famous stuffed pizzas with my own creation to the already established 1/2 n 1/2 stuffed pizzas. Miranda has never seen me before or what I like to order, I helped Miranda with my own variation of the 1/2 n 1/2 stuffed pizza. Miranda was hesitant with what I was explaining, even though I caught her off guard with asking how she was doing today she did great! Miranda is a great addition to their team, fun spirited and pays attention to detail. Chicken garlic in the middle and chicken bacon on top, creamy white sauce for the win. This girl deserves a raise! Thank you Miranda.

I’m glad that when I called my regular Papa Murphy’s in Aloha was over busy. Since I was in Beaverton, I went to the one in the Fred Meyer’s strip mall and Justina was very attentive. They got me out in ten minutes! Great service and nice store!
