Lately they have been falling hard! The lady on the phone was being rude with the I didn’t see your pizza when we ordered a special and it barely had cheese on it. The driver was being confused about the change. Food is okay but just not up to its standard. Also pizza was cold when it got here. I’ll probably won’t order from here again after so many years.

We used to order from here all the time…stayed very loyal as the food was good and the take out special on a cheese pizza was great for the kids. The menu still advertises the special, but now they do not honor it. My fiance ordered a burger with an egg added and was specific that he did not want any pickles. He received a burger with no egg (probably still paid for it) and pickles on the burger. The pickle juice made the buns and fries soggy and barely edible. The potato skins were palatable, but the smallest I’ve ever seen. The cheese pizza was burnt. I ordered soup because I’m not feeling well and and the “chicken noodle” was ramen with a bit of chicken and tomatoes. Honestly I tried and couldn’t eat it. The soup was also put into a tin take out container which soaked the entire order. Those containers are not made for liquid! My fiance called back to explain the experience and was told he could have a free soda next time. He hung up and they called back to offer a small free pizza with next order. Honestly, I don’t think we will be taking them up on it as that was probably the last time we order from them. I’m so disappointed that this place I loved has turned in the wrong direction. A lot of money spent for straight disappointment.

Not sure why this place is 3.6 on google but 4.7 on the Slice app. Food is good, service is fair for a mostly take out place. Pizza is beyond awesome. Got a Chicken Bacon Ranch and also had their pepperoni.

This is the best spot for pizza in East Hartford. I’ve been coming here for a while now all the way from Springfield and I do not regret it! Their Buffalo chicken pizza is absolutely decadent! I also do the chicken and Broccoli pizza with extra cheese and they do NOT skimp out of the cheese!! Their Buffalo chicken wings are also a hit It is a definite must try if you’re in the area!

I just made an order for the first time. I called back and asked about the amount because it didn’t l sound right. They were very rude told me that there us a delivery fee of 3.75 which doesn’t go to the driver. No where on the menu dose it mention the fee. They are less than two miles from my house. This is the first and the last time I order food from them!
