I don’t usually do this but the dough was undercooked it seemed like. Not only was the pizza paper thin in some spots but also had the hardness of a rock around the crust edges even though the pizza wasn’t even burned. The crazybread was even worse in comparison with it having no flavor at all and had a legitimate comparison to hard cardboard. I even got one bread stick that had the entire bottom half of it flat and it looked like a Texas toast bread with non of the excitement or flavor. I wish I woulda took pictures from the get go but I didn’t think I’d feel this way halfway through the meal with my roommates. (They thought otherwise) Hopefully they get their stuff together because we won’t be visiting this franchise location for a while until I hear someone mention good things enough to convince me otherwise.

I online ordered a pizza, puffs and bread. The pizza had no sauce and no special crust which i paid for and ordered. When i called to complain all they could respond with was “what do you want us to do about it” they wouldnt remake it until a friend of mine called for the order as well. Where the manager refused to help, wouldnt give their name, and had an underling take over the phone. I like LC but ive never had a worse experience with pizza ever. This is the second of two bad reviews I have given a restaurant in my life. The other restaurant is now closed. The crazy thing is it’s nothing to do with the taste of the food. The pizza was fine. Unfortunately Caesar’s must be having trouble attracting staff let alone any that know how to deal with the public. #1 there wasn’t anything “Hot & Ready” in the store at 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. #2 the nice (although mis-informed employee) explained a hot & ready pretzel crust could be made in 6 minutes. I said ok, paid for it and went back to my car to wait 6 minutes. Came back in 6 minutes later to an angry employee named Kelly stating they take 6-8 minutes and she stormed off into the back for 4 minutes while she told the first employee that she didn’t see my order. Then she asked when I ordered it. At exactly the 10 minute mark, she came out with my pizza, tossed the pizza on the counter and started heading to the back. I said “excuse me” my receipt says 2:39pm its 2:50pm, why was I told 6 when it is clearly over 10? She got very upset, yelled at me that there were only 2 of them in the store and said its 6-8 minutes. I couldn’t help but point out her math was incorrect as it was 10+. She then took it up a notch, walked away and kept yelling HAVE A NICE DAY over and over. Perhaps explaining calmly that there were only 2 working (I saw 3 people in the back) and that is why they were behind would have de-escalated the situation. Instead, rudeness, yelling and telling me to leave was the solution… Caesars corporate will get a call Monday morning so they know how people are being treated on Kelly’s shift. This is unacceptable in today’s world. A kind word, a little explanation, perhaps a free dipping sauce can cure a lot of problems. Yelling at a stock holder does not. A personal apology would go far. You can figure out how to reach me I am sure.

This has happened one too many times and I’ve let it go all the previous times cause things happen we are all human. But when it keeps happening it is just unacceptable. I paid $11.11 for pizza that was burnt, dried out, and gross and bread sticks that were hard as a rock. Disappointing.

The Little Caesar’s on Baldwin Rd in Orion Township is fabulous. Great pizza, great service and a very clean store. I ordered the hot & ready large pepperoni and it was cooked close to perfection. I highly recommend this Little Caesar’s to anyone and everyone. Great location and they are timely with the pizza orders. Excellent 5 star service

Best Little Caesars in town no joke. Food is better and when you come in to buy the ADVERTISED prepared they don’t look at you like you have a tentacle coming out of your forehead. Basically they know how to manage their kitchen and ovens. Will drive past several locations to come here. Sashabaw and Walton locations I’m looking at you.

My pizza was prepared much better than any other Little Caesars in the area. The cheese was tastier for some reason and the crust was just the right amount of crunchy and chewy. Will definitely choose this location over the Walton or Sashabaw location if I have a could of extra minutes time to go in Orion/Baldwin direction.
