Pho Zabpinto offers a variety of soups worth trying! We sampled the duck noodle, BBQ pork noodle, beef soup, and chicken and rice. Every dish was delicious and outstanding. The food’s great, portions are reasonable for the price. We’ll definitely be back to explore more dishes!

Such a great pho food truck! Everything tasted fresh and high quality, and the flavors were spot on. You can tell they care about what they serve. Will definitely be back!

I really love pho, and this place definitely had a lot of flavor with really fresh ingredients. Most pho I’ve had is similar to this taste and freshness. It was a great experience, even if it didn’t have any unique standout elements. It was really good, clean and fresh.

Pho in the USA is not always worth the price, in my experience. Most places use the South Vietnam recipe, slightly sweeter than the northern style where it was originated. (HCM City locals tend to go for “pho Ha Noi”
these days.) Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised by this food cart though. Lots of beef and lots of noodles with a broth worth finishing once both are gone. At $15 a bowl, it’s no cheaper than a restaurant but the setting was nice, covered with loads of other food options.

BEST PHO IVE EVER HAD. And I’ve tried a ton of pho restaurants! It’s in the happy valley food carts and it’s worth it. I got the braised beef noodles (#21), super soft pull apart beef, a ton of noodles, but the soup that’s in is the best part!!! Extremely savory broth. It was only $15. Sooooo good. 1000/10

Unfortunately, the lemongrass vermicelli noodles with chicken rate as the worst meal I’ve been served in ages. The chicken was very dry with no hint of seasoning, no color, and totally devoid of flavor. None of the other ingredients in the dish appeared to have been seasoned, either. The sauce did have some flavor but it was blah at best and not enough to mask a truly unappetizing meal.

I ordered the chicken pho and shrimp salad roll. First, i ordered for pick-up. Second, not sure where this food was inspired.
The portion size for the soup was nice, it had an abundance of chicken, noodles and broth. It came with bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños. It was neatly packaged to go. And didn’t take long. No complaints there.
However, the broth was very sweet. I added ginger powder, fish sauce and herbs after i tried it at home. Though the soup was not bad, I wouldn’t recommend it.
The salad roll was just shrimp and lettuce. And i wont talk about the sauce…not a fan.
Overall not impressed, but maybe I picked the wrong things or its just not for my palate.

I just had a bowl of their braised beef pho, and it was everything I had hoped it would be. The broth was absolutely delicious, and the beef was so tender it melted in my mouth.
The service was excellent as well, very nice people!
I am already excited for my next bowl.

Worst Pho ever. Huge pieces of gristle, missing bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño, lime and cilantro. Only fat, brown chicken and some old noodles. 0 stars if I could. Not edible, throwing away
