Ordered through the app before 11am, when breakfast ends. Waited in a very long drive thru line, which is normal for this place. Got to the order board at 11:05 and gave them my pickup name/number and was told breakfast had ended. So I went inside to talk to the manager. That took about 15 minutes of asking for the manager before someone finally acknowledged I was standing there. The manager finally came up and she told me that “company policy states that at 11am, all breakfast is thrown away, regardless if the order had already been made”. So when I asked if my food was thrown away, she said yes because it was after 11am. That makes no sense to me and seems to be horrible business practice. I’ve worked restaurant for years in the past, and if breakfast orders were placed before cut off, we always honored the order. The manager and staff are always rude at this specific location. And it doesn’t seem to matter complaining to corporate as they tell you that this location is privately owned.

Day shift drive thru workers are rude. Practically throw your food at you. You say thank u, no response. Overheard one girl bitching about making a frappe. Her words” were not a coffee shop”. My thoughts are, we the customers should get whatever we order with a smile on the workers faces. We DO help pay your wages!

I just watched the smoothest running McDonald’s in Athens Ohio. Travis and Jeremiah and their crew just killed it. Had a full house already and then 2 buses pulled in. I thought this is going to be a nightmare. It wasn’t they ran like a well oiled machine. Food was hot and service was amazing.

This morning I stopped in for breakfast with my father, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There was no one at the register when we approached. An employee was sitting a few feet away with his back turned, using his phone, and completely ignored us even after we said hello and asked for service.
When another employee finally came to the counter, she did not acknowledge us and instead turned away mid-order to say to someone in the back that she didn’t think she knew how to do it. We were left standing there without assistance.
An older man who appeared to be a manager or shift leader eventually came to the register. After I explained what had happened, he offered no apology or attempt to resolve the situation and simply stood there.
After being ignored multiple times and receiving no basic customer service, we chose to leave without ordering. This was one of the most unprofessional fast-food experiences I’ve had.

went through the drive through, workers were rude. got my sister chicken nuggets and she was eating them, she bit into one and her mouth starts bleeding. there was plastic inside of her chicken nugget. disgusting.

I ordered a big mac meal with extra mac sauce. You couldn’t even eat the sandwich because it had so much that it was ridiculous. The fries old, brown and soggy. On top of it all I ordered a cookie box and that’s when I got attitude from the two employees that were working out front because the cookies had to be baked and wasn’t already ready.

Family got 4 Big Macs all were cold and the bread was the most stale disgusting bread I’ve ever seen from a McDonald’s. Patties were also literally not even on the sandwiches.
