I had a great experience at Rita’s Water Ice thanks to an outstanding employee named Logan. I was in a rush and needed a large order—something that usually requires 48 hours’ notice. Logan didn’t hesitate for a second. He was more than happy to help, handled everything smoothly, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. He was polite, friendly, and professional from start to finish. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Went here this last weekend and it was delicious! Great service by Cayli. We had a large group with multiple kids shouting their orders and Cayli was very kind, patient, and on top of everything. My toddler even had to make sure to say bye to her when we left 🙂 Will definitely be back!

Last 2 times here I got a frozen drink. One was cola and the other was clementine. Each time I got home and found chocolate chips floating in the drinks. I don’t know how this even happens unless they aren’t cleaning the machines properly. Once I consider it a mistake. Twice I have to assume the place just isn’t clean. I’ll go to Dairy Queen from now on
