It was our first time here trying these overpriced burgers but then what would you expect in an airport, the burgers were medium well but a bit dry and the fries were good for just fries, we did wait about 10 mins for them because it says it’s hand made burger patties. I would recommend you try it for yourself because you might like it.

I ordered a SXM with NO BACON which was already $21 fine I waited 20 minutes for the burger and when I received it it had bacon on it omg. So I went back it was ten minutes before my flight at this point , I told the cashier what was wrong and if I can get a refund she said her manager is not here so I can’t get a refund and that the chef will fix my burger in two minutes. Use to be great when was outside the airport, now that located in it’s another story.
Steak is DRY, BURNT, they don’t even ask the cooking tempeture.
Staff rude, need to train hardly on attitudes and how answer or talk to guests.
Also whats did happen to the WEARESXM 10% discount.
Apparently does not exist anymore.

I waited 30 minutes for my burger. It’s a good thing that I came early for my flight. The guy in front of me had to leave without his order, as he heard his final call before the burger was made. And they were very stingy with the ketchup. Burger was good. Don’t order unless you can afford to wait 20-30 minutes. You were warned.

Departures at St Martin, very slow and failed to produce my order after people ordering the same thing all received food before me. Another customer even questioned what was happening. Lady on the till was just on her phone and chatting to what seemed to be the chef, and had no interest in trying to sort the issue. They refused to give a refund so I paid $20 for nothing. Incredibly poor and rude service.
