Zane from Zane Adventures took us out to eat. At Swan restaurant in sweethome it was wonderful service Speedy wait time even though it’s Valentine’s Day. We got in and got a table. Even though they were really busy they made time for us working really hard. We will definitely be back.

Hearty meals, amazingly fresh and hot- we have never had any trouble at Swan Chinese. We really like the staff and the owners are speedy and friendly. Just be ready to order when you call. They are usually lightning fast answering the phone.
Even their vegetable options are great. And if you need help ordering you might want to ask in person not over the phone. They are getting a lot of business and for good reason!

No sit down seating yet, but dayumm, their food is worth waiting for to be delivered or picking it up yourself!
They obviously appreciate all their customers, and they prepare dishes which are closer to original cultural fare than I have experienced elsewhere.
The young lady who brought our order to the car was so sweet and kind and wanted to make sure we had everything plus extra sauces.

Take-out only is a disappointment but at least they remained open through the pandemic! Quite often the deep-fried food has a taste of old oil but maybe I’m just a critic.
Service is always fast and portions OK except the sweet & sour sauce is skimpy, it should cover most of the nuggets and never does, sorry to say. I would give 5 stars if the two things were improved because how can they screw up take-out only, right?

I enjoy Chinese food every now and then, the food is pretty good. I always order the same thing, she charges me differently each time?? , i love hot mustard i have to ask for a container 1 oz. cup she gave me one then removed the little packet from the bag, like it cost her more than my meal, Come on give me the mustard!

We had two orders of honey walnut shrimp with fried rice, lo mein and crab puffs for $48 and some change. I ordered the food to go. The service was nice, the lady was helpful and answered my questions. The food was not what we expected. The honey walnut shrimp turned out to be prawns with the tail on and they had a lemon flavor in addition to the Sweet Walnut sauce. The rice and lo mein were pretty plain. The crab puffs we’re good though I didn’t like the sauce it was more runny than the thick sweet sauce I was expecting. The portion size was really good. Unfortunately most of our food went into the garbage and we won’t be returning to this restaurant.

I would say that this Chinese place has great food! I usually domt like sweet and sour pork but this was amazing! Everything was fresh made and hot! Huge portions! The only thing that could use a bump is the service. It was good but not real interactive. The waitress was very quiet. More interaction would have given them a 5th star.

Customer service is always lousy and waitress/ owner is careless about making sure we had everything. We ask for things and she doesn’t come back. I’d rather drive to the next city than come back here. I’m giving it 3 stars but only because the food is good. Really needs some changes though, or else it will be just another empty restaurant with a For Sale sign out front. Sad.

Possibly the worst Chinese food iv ever had. The sweet and sour chicken was incredible dry, the pork fried rice was plain, no vegetables, eggs, and if there was pork in it I couldn’t find it.. the chow neon was good but that’s about it… we ordered take out so I can’t say much out there customer service.

They told us our to go order would be ready in 20 and we ended up waiting a hour for it. There menu is not updated and what should have $30 worth of food ended up being $66! The food honestly is not worth it considering I can drive 15 minutes and get the same amount but better quality food for half the price.
