Delicious calamari (not rubbery). Slightly sweet sauce (just how I like it). The food is HOT (temperature). Service is very friendly. The people know each other there. Very local spot. Highly recommend. Just takes a bit of time to get your food cause everything’s fresh.

We will definitely be coming back here again! You really need to make a reservation. We turned up without a reservation and waited 10 minutes and were given a table. I think if you do make a reservation turn up on time otherwise you’ll lose the table.
The service was a little slow but service was excellent. The food was definitely the best we’ve had in years. The lamb was cooked to perfection and was delicious with the gorgonzola sauce. Everything tasted amazing.

This has been my family’s go to local Italian spot for years. The food is consistently good, the prices are so reasonable, the staff is friendly and it’s a BYOB.
My fiancé had the potato crusted chicken and it was AMAZING! He gets it every time and it never disappoints. We tried the crab cake special and it was delicious. Large chunks of fresh crab, a honey mustard drizzle and it was not loaded with breadcrumbs.
This time I was disappointed when I ordered my entree. I ordered the Veal a la Tony and the cheese was not melted completely on top and the chicken was not hot. I asked for it with spinach and they didn’t add the spinach, no big deal, but it was on our check.
I was also sad to see that they no longer give you the bruschetta with the bread, but I understand if they are trying to cut cost.
Definitely a must try!

Cozy and delicious! I loved the stuffed artichoke and the pork chops. The cooking was excellent. The meat was browned just right with crisp seasoning on the surface and the side vegetables and potatoes were sauteed perfectly.

Came here for the first time and enjoyed the double veal chop special – cooked perfectly in a demi glace sauce . Service was great – quickly took our order and served in a reasonable amount of time. It was BYOB so we were able to pair our meal with our favorite red wine

I would put this restaurant above just about any restaurant in the state of New Jersey and maybe all restaurants in Jersey as far as freshness Taste price and service. Everyone I ever brought here was amazed at how good the food is.
As I’m reading all these reviews, there’s always that one who will find something wrong so they can sound like they know more than everybody else. this restaurant is in a class all its own trust me. The owner Rosario, who is the chef is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and his food is truly amazing. The best experience I ever had and every time I come the experience is absolutely amazing. By the way, I’ve been in just about every restaurant around. I’m in the restaurant business. I should know. if I could give this Restaurant 10 stars I would.
