Placed an order on Thursday because they were offering the Thursday Night Football special and my pizza showed up burnt to a crisp. Not to mention the delivery driver took an hour and a half to arrive, he got no tip. Lastly when I called in to place my order the counter boy had an attitude and claimed he had no idea of the Thursday Night Football Special, your tnf pizza for good sakes.

I’m so upset to have to amend this review, but I just picked up another pie and was great but ordered a calzone and it was the worst I have ever had, it was not cooked right at all and I ordered extra sausage and extra ricotta and it’s like the guy just gave the whole can of ricotta and no sausage and it was under cooked, I called them up and told them that and the guy wanted to refund me a topping of .50 ¢, are you serious? I couldn’t talk no more and just hung the phone up! I don’t care how good the pizza is, if you can’t take care of your customers therightway when they pay for something, then I just won’t ever go back again. You need customers, the customers don’t need you! Just letting the people know what they’re dealing with when buying from them! But no matter how good something else is, if I can’t feel appreciated when I spend my money somewhere small, and they won’t make good on there mess-up, then I’m NOT going back! You guys should really take care of the customer better!

The order came and the cheese wasn’t melted and the dough wasn’t cooked. The zucchini sticks were soggy
I called that night and they said they could send a new pizza or give us credit for another pizza. I opted for the credit.
I went to call and get my credit and they said it’s only 4 dollars. Even though everything was awful.
So along with never going there again. Thought I’d share my story

Fast service and friendly delivery fdriver. The pizza came hot and we liked the sampler and it came with 3 sauces. The cheese sticks were crispy, the chicken fingers great and the wings were cooked beautifully. Loved their honey bbq sauce. Large chicken bacon pizza yummy! Lots of menu choices. Easy on-line ordering!

I must say I had our food catered by tnf and the food was phenomenal! Great attention to detail! I requested my food to be delivered by a certain time and it was right on time. The portions were generous! The price was right. Nothing can compensate for good food!! We highly recommend them and will always use them! Thank you!
