We haven’t had pizza from papa John’s in over a year. Wanted to try their deep dish ordered on line, they called back out of that dough, so I wanted a hand tossed large instead, was told 2 medium pizzas, ok. Went to pick up only 1 pizza big mixup so got the pizza free, it was a good thing it tasted like cardboard.I would have been really mad if I had to pay. Sorry won’t go back,

Ordered a 5 toping meat pizza online thin crust cut in squares. When I got home with the Pizza, not only was it regular crust cut in wedges, it more resembled a cheese pizza not a 5 topping pizza. Yes it had some toppings on it but not many. Ordered Large – Peperoni – Canadian Bacon – Double Beef – Jalapeno. I should have gone to Domino’s.

Everything tastes good, its the payment im having problems with. I have money, I put my card information in correctly about 5 times. Still didnt let me order. Ended up paying cash. I even check and ordered something online on Amazon to see if it was the card, but it went through just fine. Please get this fixed.

Papa John’s in Mountain Home, AR is the pizza paradise where “better ingredients, better pizza” isn’t just a slogan—it’s a warm, gooey promise delivered straight to your carb-craving heart, especially when you opt for their slick drive-up window pickup that turns a simple order into a no-fuss victory lap. I swung by on a lazy lake evening, hit the app for a pepperoni-loaded Epic Stuffed Crust (because who needs decisions when toppings outnumber your ex’s excuses?), and boom—within minutes, I was idling at the window like a VIP at a dough drive-thru, snagging my steaming box from a staffer who grinned like they’d just handed over the keys to flavor town. We love rolling up here for pickup over full delivery; it saves a few bucks on fees and feels like outsmarting the system while the car’s AC blasts your victory playlist—pro tip for any budget-savvy Ozarker dodging that extra charge. That crust? A fluffy, cheese-stuffed fortress hotter than a Norfork summer, and the garlic sauce? Pure flirtatious magic slathering every bite in “we work like family” vibes that make the whole crew feel like your personal pizza pit crew. Menu’s wilder than a Baxter County bonfire tale, but with their spotless setup and super-friendly hustle, every slice screams fresh, fast, and fabulous—bargains included for those large-family feasts that don’t skimp on the fun. 5/5—pull up, pals; this Papa’s got the window wizardry, the heart, and the hustle to keep Mountain Home cheesed to perfection!

Without a doubt, the absolute worst pizza and boneless wings I’ve had the displeasure of bringing home. Despite arriving 5 mins early to pick-up, the pizza looked and tasted old, the wings weren’t even hot (temperature), much less coated in sauce, but flat out tasted cheap. Even the breading was junk. To be certain, I’ll never return to this restaurant and very unlikely to any Papa John’s Pizza again, overrated and underwhelming. Dominos the night before was on absolute point makes this an easy decision.
