I always get my coffee and matcha from here ☕ From the cashier to the baristas, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness is very important to me, and the staff here are very careful and professional. This place has become my favorite spot. Highly recommended! ✨

The general layout and table and chairs are just fine. And they have outdoor seating, which is great. However in the 2 times I went the wifi was impossible to connect to, even with the help of the staff — I used another method. Also, the a/c was set too high, the place was freezing — cold enough that I did not stay very long. The staff was nice, but I was told that these two issues were consistent problems. I will go out of my way to avoid this particular Starbucks in the future.

I was a frequent visitor of this spot prior to the remodel and here is my updated review. Really cool space very minimalist and pared down furnishings. Parking lot leaves a lot to desire. I would recommend street parking either on Trapelo if you can find it or right Around the corner near the jewelry store.

The service is now horrible and the baristas have bad poor attitudes towards customers. There’s a reason that this location used to have higher ratings and now has gone down.
One particular barista with short blonde hair, skinny with glasses told me off for asking for more oatmilk, when i paid extra for it in the app already. Awful service. This place used to be awesome but sadly I will be avoiding when I can.

Probably one of the best Starbucks’ I’ve been to, ever. The renovation is amazing, and the interior is spacious and modern, making it the perfect place to study. The baristas are always super kind and sometimes hand out little samplers of danishes and muffins during finals week when students are studying.

I usually avoid Starbucks in favor of local coffee shops, but this particular outpost of Starbucks has the nicest baristas of almost any coffee shop in the Boston area. I love it here. And they also pour a way above average latte which is also certainly not true for your average Starbucks. Its also always clean and cozy and usually you can find seating. Overall worth going esp if you need to get coffee during early morning or late evening times when other coffee shops are likely to be closed.

As far as coffee orders and food goes, everything is great. The staff is hardworking and great at wha they do. The atmosphere here though in the afternoon makes you want to turn back around and go elsewhere. This place is a DAYCARE. Parents, is there NOWHERE else to send your kids after school? A library? A friend’s house? ANYWHERE but a coffee shop where people are trying to quietly work? It’s disgraceful. Not a single chair/table available, just 50 pre-teens occupying every single table and chair. What happened to Starbucks rebranding and only being place for people to work from quietly? I genuinely feel bad for the employees here have to put up with these children. Parents, do better.
