I like this Subway. It’s spacious, peaceful environment. Really enjoyed all the windows. Get to sit there and eat while watching the world go by. It was peaceful.

I have worked in food service over 30 years so I try not to complain or be petty because I understand mistakes happen. But this is just ridiculous!! This sandwich is completely DISGUSTING!! First of all I ordered online, it took my payment, which did show was deducted from my account, but upon pickup was told it didn’t go through. Had to reorder and repay because the manager said it was “offline” so they didn’t get the order and the payment would be reversed. If that wasn’t bad enough the sandwich I ordered was cold and disgusting, and I am NOT going to eat this crap. Total waste of money and time!! I have worked for the owners of this store as management and know this isn’t the quality of service they prefer. I guess the saying is true, you just can’t find quality workers anymore. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this location again!!

This is the best Subway in Abilene! The food and service were excellent, and the restaurant was clean. Carla, Justin, and Brandy were very friendly and went above and beyond to create a great experience.

Tried to order online wouldn’t let me. Arrived at the establishment at 9:15am doors locked. The doors say it opens at 9am but there was noone there. I tried calling and noone answered smh. Awful.

Only 2 girls were working, but they seemed knowledgeable and were taking care of customers quickly. I had placed an online order but the store didn’t receive it. I didn’t have the paper coupon for my meal, I had a promo code. Luckily, they had a paper coupon and still got the deal. They were very nice and helpful. My daughter enjoyed her food.

Troy was counting money and could not stop and bag my sandwich , the other employee bag the sandwich behind mine and put it on the Dorr dash rack and walked off & troy still let my sandwich lay there until I grabbed it off the counter and left

The young man taking my order was very rude he rushed my order and got mad when I wanted extra and complain that it was going to be more. I go to Subway all the time and get two sandwiches. It shouldn’t be $50

Corvin was the only gentleman working at this location during the lunch rush and he did a phenomenal job. He made sure the area was clean, he was thorough, and a very kind young man. He did the very best he could do with no help, and had a great attitude. Thanks Corvin!

I’m not sure your hiring practices for Subway, but I don’t recall ever dealing with or seeing the worst customer service I witnessed today.
Not only was your employee Jordan seemingly in a bad mood, but seemed to display that through his service.
Last I checked subway didn’t have a policy in place that lets staff disrespect their customers.
So when I heard “you should have told me to put the avocado on before the vegetables “ and act as if this is such a difficult task and display a bad attitude with it, what reason do I have to go back to your store.
As many times as I have been to this particular location I have not once felt that disrespected, so much so I was even put into a bad mood.
I’ll refrain from visiting this store from now on and go to the Pine st location, the staff their are far friendlier.

The 2 men that are usually there do a 5 Star Job with our food. The 2 ladies working today DID NOT want to make our sandwiches. They wouldn’t even add the veggies that we asked for, properly. We Loved this Subway but will not go back again. Respectfully
