I had a great experience at this Qdoba! The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming — there were three employees working during my visit, and they were all great. Dylan stood out in particular; he was professional, chill, and really knowledgeable about the menu.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and made just the way we wanted. We ordered two protein bowls, a salad, and two kids’ meals — everything was delicious! The restaurant is also in a really nice area, which made the visit even better.
I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

If I could give less than one star I would, not only was the food garbage, how is queso cheese supposed to taste like broccoli and cheese soup?, The burritos were made sloppy, ordered a barrios burrito and it was nothing but queso cheese and a teaspoon of meat. I ordered double meat on my salad and got six pieces of chicken, and as far as the fajita vegetables they weren’t even cut correctly as you can see this whole half a green pepper I pulled out of it, the food was downright disastrous.
I spent over $50 left a 10% tip ( I typically give more cash money at pickup) but when I walked in to pick up my online order,
1. I was not greeted when I came inside to pick up
2. there was 3 people on staff , 1 walked away as soon as I walked in, there was 2 people ordering in the store, they had to have been friends with the employee making their food because they were chit chatting it up, and the third just sat there watching the other guy make the food and listening to his conversation
3. I had to ask if my food was ready, Then the employee simply pointed their finger at a bag, when I asked if she put forks in the bag, she said they’re over there, that was the only words spoke to me the whole time I was in the store.
The worst money I’ve spent!!!

Placed an order for pickup tonight and this was one of the two bowls. As you can see from the receipt, the bowl was supposed to have fajita veggies, salsa, sour cream, etc. The bowl had cold chicken, a half scoop of rice, cheese that somehow didn’t melt at all, and a bunch of lettuce as a filler. You would think if they didn’t have something they at least would’ve let me know and asked if I wanted something different. Also this order was placed at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday and the store doesn’t close until 10 pm, so I see no reason that over half the items on the order weren’t prepped. If you order online make sure to check you get what you ordered before leaving. Will not be returning to this store.

The service is great and very friendly my wife is in a wheelchair and they got the door for us. I had some card issues and they were very kind in helping me resolve them. The food is amazing if you haven’t had the Cholula hot and sweet chicken I would strongly recommend it. I would have given five stars for the atmosphere but there are some dirty spots on the counters and on the floor but other than that very clean and good service and food. Keep it up guys and gals

Ordered 2 bowls today and did NOT come as ordered. Both bowls disappointing and most of the rice not edible. It was the crusty part that’s in the pot, after it sits in there for a long time. So hard and not able to chew it.
First one was with the ground beef plus plenty of veggies as ordered, however the salsa was missing and the cheese queso both as toppings; thankfully this order was for my mom and she was OK with it, despite the hardness of the rice.
The other bowl with the steak was missing items and very dry with no sauce. I requested half and half combo for rice but only given the white one. Beans were only black, when requested half pinto half black. The fajita veggies, sour cream, cheese queso, and salsa were missing from this bowl.
Frankly, I would not order this again. This was not worth the $16 spent after the BOGO free entree promo discount for valentine’s day.
Service wise, this was a mobile app order and food was ready by the time given. Staff looked friendly and helpful to the customers in the store. I did not have any interaction.

This location serves plain, unseasoned rice, and meat. I don’t think there is a pinch of salt or cilantro on the rice. The steak was dry and tasted like the smell of dog food. Even with today’s standard of fast-casual food, this place stands alone. I’ve eaten here twice now, and did not learn my lesson the first time. i’m not the type of person to leave reviews, but every time i leave this place i feel robbed of $16.

Stopped by the store at 8 pm (closing time listed as 10pm on Google) but all the chairs were up on the tables and staff looked like they were cleaning up ready to leave. Staff looked absolutely miserable working there. Barely acknowledged us, customer service was nonexistent and slow. I didn’t end up ordering anything because of the bad vibes but my fiancé did and he liked the food.

Call the Westland QDOBA and take lessons from the workers that run that place. I eat there and other locations once a week due to the nature of my traveling job. I think the server was counting how many grains of rice I was given along with every topping. I’ve yet to find the chicken in my bland food. Portions are very small and the server not attentive at all. Better training on portion sizes and seasoning the food needed. Ended up dumping the food and going to panda express next door.

Today around 4pm, we took our 8 yr old to your restaurant at his request, to celebrate a personal achievement. The staff behind the counter were absolutely amazing! They were so kind and encouraging to our son and really made him feel special. We appreciated the extra time they took to celebrate him. It really made our/his day! And of course the food was delicious as always!
