I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. The wings we received were undercooked, soggy, and visibly bloody. Unfortunately, we had already eaten some before realizing the chicken was not fully cooked, which is a serious food safety concern.We brought the wings back to the store three separate times to request a full refund and explained that the food was unsafe to eat. Management refused to issue a full refund, stating that the wings were still consumable, despite the visible blood and poor texture. Even one of the employees stated that they personally would not eat the wings because of how gross and unsafe they looked. This situation was handled very poorly. Serving undercooked chicken and refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. I hope this location takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Terrible customer service. My order was incorrect. I called to contact manager on site she told me she would call me back in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes passed I followed up to get an update on a solution for my order. She said “Im very busy I don’t have time to deal with you I will call you in 30 minutes” then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.
No distinct resolution was discussed over the phone. I’ve never had worse customer service in my life.

We did a larger order for delivery today. The food was great, everyone enjoyed it! But one order was wrong. One of the meals was supposed to be a chicken strip meal. Got 3 small boneless wings instead of 3 chicken strips. They don’t even offer meals for 3 boneless wings. No big deal, mistakes happen. Called and requested for it to be fixed. The employee said bring the food back and they will fix it. We ordered for delivery because we were working and couldn’t come to pick it up. The employee said they would talk to the manager and the manager would call us back. No one ever called us back to fix the order or give a partial refund for the one meal the was wrong. Disappointing.

I’d give this place 1 more star but on multiple occasions they have forgotten items in my orders. Always make sure you check inside your bags for everything that you ordered! That goes for employees and customers! Other than that, good wings!

Can’t perform under pressure, cancelled all orders cause it was too packed due to the Bears game, and left many people with hungry families. Never coming here again, honestly a shame that WingStop is represented by such a poorly ran location.

It is really hard to understand what the worker is saying, waited for our order for 30 min , 9 people in line with us included and 4 people got their orders wrong. The taste of the food is a little weird and the fries were old.
