The Garlic stuffed crust pizza was very tasty however, the dough towards the crust was slightly undercooked. The ingredients were very fresh and all in all was a good experience!

Why was my pizza delivered by a Doordash driver? If I wanted to order from Doordash, I would have. Not only that, but the “quality seal” on my pizza was lifted. Guess I’ll go hungry today and never order from here again.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza for 9:00 PM delivery and got an email confirming it. At 8:20 PM, I got a call saying they tried to deliver but I didn’t come to the door—no one ever knocked. I was told to pick it up instead.
I called the store, and the manager only offered to refund the delivery fee. I had to push several times just to get them to agree to redeliver. She said it would be remade and arrive after 9 PM.
The pizza finally showed up at 10:03 PM—cold and tough. I honestly doubt it was ever remade.
I filed a complaint through Papa John’s and it’s been a week and a half with no response.

This place is great,have only had 1 bad pizza in 3 years and our orders have always been correct and delivered ontime. The inside staff are always friendly and professional and the delivery drivers are just as great. I have tried other pizza joints in the area but always stick with Papa Johns!

My pizza arrived for delivery very quickly! It arrived at the hotel less than 30 minutes after ordering! It was still nice and hot! I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza!

Driver just left the pizza on our porch and didn’t even knock to tell us it was here. Pizza sat for 30 minutes outside. Manager lied to me and said that was the policy they established during COVID…We’ve ordered from here plenty of times and they always knocked even during COVID when leaving it on the porch. I didn’t even want anything from him, just wanted to let him know. Instead he tried to blame me for selecting “No contact” and stating that his driver did everything correctly.
All you had to do was apologize…instead you lost a customer.
By the way…attached is a photo of step 4 from your “no contact” policy. Sure looks to me like that guy is knocking on the door! Not sure why you would want to argue with a customer in the first place, but if you’re going to at least make sure your argument isn’t a lie.

Read the side!!! Why does my pizza have BBQ sauce on it!!!! Nasty. I called the store and no answer kept getting that crazy recording! I work hard for my money and when you treat yourself and family. What a disappointment
