My husband and I got food to go tonight. Food was cooked fresh and tasted great. I’ve had a few bad experiences here before but the staff members that are now there seem to actually care about the quality of the product. The main reason for the 4 star rather than 5 is due to the wait. I understand that good food takes time but 15 min in a drive through window at around 7pm is a little much.

The fries were soggy, they had no crunch at I didn’t finish the chicken bcuz it was way too greasy. The only good thing about the meal was the hush puppies, the tasted good and were well balanced if you love hush puppies then go and get some but overall not a good experience. I would rate my experience a 2/10

Food used to be so good here and service used to great. Now the food suck and service is worse. The girl who took my order asked me 10 times to repeat it. Then asked me to pull around. Gave me someone else food. Then asked another 10 times what did I order. Only to have the manager come and help because she screwed up everyone’s order. Oh and she gave the food she gave me to the right people. Eventhough she had me open the box to see if it’s mine…she was clearly high out of her mind.

This place just can’t seem to do right. My last visit I pulled into the drivethru right behind another truck. After he placed his order and drove around, I was told to hold on. I sat there for 15 minutes with no response. There were 5 cars behind me, no one answering me, and the truck in front of me already had there food and left. The dining room was closed so what were they doing in there as I was the only order to be taken. On top of that, their fish and chicken pieces are ridiculously small these days.

Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken and fish family meal, fish was fried way to long they didn’t have any shrimp so we didn’t get that with our meal or hush puppies,. My husband also ordered shrimp bowl because they said they had boiled shrimp but instead gave him salmon and the rice was hard like it stayed on a warmer for too long. We went a couple time this past couple of days, since our bad experience was at night time but the few days they tell us they don’t have what we want to order.

Employees were great. The place was dirty and seats were sticky. The food was alright but I don’t think I should have paid for it as much as I had. No either of the fountain drinks were working so they had brought cans if you wanted anything other than water. Never in my life has this happened.

Need improvements on customer service, timely service & actually serving fresh food (especially when you wait 10-15mins for it). When you have a 3pc chicken & more that’s what you expect. Not 3 pieces of okay chicken with 2 inedible sides (old fries & bland corn) & old hush puppies. I do NOT recommend this establishment. Can’t believe I wasted my time & $$ here. If the chicken hadn’t been decent it would be 1 star.

I went through the drive thru and got he fish n chicken platter. Sides were fried and bush puppies. This is a place I remember years ago and it was as good as I remember it. My service was good also so no complaints here. Good job

The place needs a new speaker or something you can’t understand a thing they are saying at the drive through and apparently they can’t either because our order was wrong we had to fix it after we got our receipt. The fires were old and cold. The fish was not warm they also told us they were out of shrimp and closed at 8:30pm on a Monday night.

Was in Sikeston today teaching a class at the local Beauty Academy and stopped here for a quick bite before heading back north around. 1pm. We ordered inside to go and I can’t give this place enough stars. They were all so pleasant and helpful. You could tell all the employees liked their job. The store was clean and the food was hot and fresh. 0 complaints….and you know I rang that bell on my way out. I’ve been to other locations and this one so far is my favorite. We will be returning next time we are in the area. The only thing I can recommend improvement on is the parking lot. We came from out of town and picked this business due to it being on the same side of the road as us. Ended up in the car dealer shop lot and then had to back track to get in the right lot nd it was still complicated…but worthI the hassle. #sportclipsworkerslovefishandchips/aw
