I’m a tourist. I went to buy a pizza for the first time at Domino’s for my roommate. When I checked the pizza ingredients and took a photo to confirm, I realized it had green peppers, which I hadn’t ordered. When I physically checked it, it did indeed have them. The problem is that my roommate hates the taste of peppers, ha ha ha, so much so that she asked me to complain and have them make it again. I felt sorry for the young woman who had to make the pizza again, but she kindly agreed. I waited a while, and the manager of the restaurant handed me the new pizza. Not only that, but they gave me the pizza with peppers for free so I could eat it if I wanted to. If I weren’t poor, I would have bought the pizza again for my picky roommate. If you manage to read this, thank you very much for this kind gesture on your part, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
Inside, everything looked clean and tidy. It was quiet, with no annoying noises, and it was well-tempered and free of unpleasant odors.
P.S.: I don’t even speak English, and they were kind. It really is the best side of Lincoln when they serve you like that.

Man, i got the chicken jalapeño thing and it looks like goop. Also i asked for no pineapple and guess what! There was freaking pineapple. So heartbroken, genuinely. Dominos… this was my first AND last time ever trying your goop. $7 for goop??? Heeeeeeck no. Will not ever eat again

We will not be ordering again due to extremely poor customer service and lack of accountability.
We placed a delivery order and watched the tracker show the pizza being prepared and marked as “on the way.” We then received an email from Domino’s stating the delivery would not be completed. Despite this, we were only offered a free breadsticks coupon instead of a full refund… even though we had already used a breadsticks coupon on that order.
When we contacted the store, we were met with rudeness and repeatedly accused of lying and trying to get a free pizza, despite Domino’s own email confirming the delivery failure. The store refused to issue a refund and was unwilling to resolve the issue.
We later learned the delivery was outsourced to a third-party service, which was not clearly disclosed, and Domino’s did not take responsibility when that delivery failed. As a result, we were forced to pursue a chargeback with our bank. Domino’s then fought the chargeback for over a month.
This was our second poor delivery experience with this location. Between the lack of transparency, refusal to take accountability, and disrespectful treatment, we will not be returning and dont recommend others do either.

I tried to order here an hour before they closed. I live 10 mins away. I had an 80$ order for me and some friends. Whoever what working the phone on 02/13/26 was being beyond rude. What’s the point in delivery if they won’t do it when you’re TEN MINS AWAY. I called again and gave a closer address and they still told me no. I called AGAIN and they just hung up on me. Whoever was working tonight didn’t want money, and didn’t want to do their job. I highly discourage anyone to come here. Seriously unbelievable a pizza place, according to him can’t deliver 10mins away from their shop for 80$ lol.

My roommate and I were visiting Lincoln for the Sleep Token show and we were super hungry afterwards so we ordered for pick up online. We walked in expecting to wait for a little bit since we showed up before the expected pick up time. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes because they had a HUGE rush from everyone else also in town for the concert. There was a really nice guy working who was obviously swamped, but i have to say he has a super kind attitude despite some people being obliviously a little rude about the wait. Once we got our food, it was absolutely delicious and he gave us a 2 liter of our choice for the inconvenience. I really understand being overwhelmed by all that but he was super personable and efficient! Creds to that guy for sure!

Employee lied about being in an accident when they really just couldn’t find the house. Pizza box was wet because it sat in the bag so long( I worked in pizza business for 2 years, we always remade the order if it was returned to the store AND they called) I ordered at 6:18 and didn’t get my order until 8:05. This store sucks. Won’t order from here again. It’s unacceptable to not only lie about an accident but not calling when you couldn’t find the house to avoid all of this.

I got Garlic and Permeason wings, which youd think is wings, with some garlic and parm flavor. I received a POOL of sauce with some ultra soggy wings that bad zero crisp at all… couldnt even tell they were baked because of this absolute waste of sauce they were drowning in. How can Domino’s make money if they add 11 fluid ounces of sauce for 8 wings?
