No photos of the food, as I got it to go and demolished it in the car, but please enjoy this photo of the view from their window bar seats!

I ordered a tofu banh mi – delicious, the bread was crispy on the outside, fluffy and soft on the inside, incredibly flavorful and filling. 10/10 best banh mi I’ve had outside of Saigon Deli in Seattle.

I also ordered a side of pho broth because I was curious, and it was incredibly flavorful, no hoisin or enhancements needed unless you wanted to add a kick of spiciness.

Waited quite a bit for my order because regulars were ordering banh mi’s by the dozen online and they only had 2 people out front and seemed like 2 people cooking, so I would highly recommend you order online first then come pick it up if you are ordering to go.

But other than that, the food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back!

Nestled along the north end of Lake Washington, Pho House Deli is a true gem where exceptional food meets heartfelt hospitality. The lake views alone are worth the visit, but if you time it right, you might catch the mesmerizing sight of seaplanes gliding in and out several times an hour. It’s a uniquely Pacific Northwest bonus that adds a touch of wonder to your meal.

Steve, one of the family owners, exemplifies what great customer service should be. He personally checked our order, guided us through the menu with genuine care, and when I asked for two extra sides of their addictive peanut butter dipping sauce for my shrimp fresh rolls, which I offering to pay for, he simply smiled and said, “Not necessary, I got you.” That kind of generosity sticks with you.

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered:

No. S1 – Mi Xao: Stir-fried egg noodles with mixed vegetables and chicken. Perfectly balanced, flavorful, and satisfying

No. A1 – Goi Cuon: Two fresh spring rolls with shrimp, paired with that unforgettable peanut sauce

No. 15 – Bun Cha Gio: Vermicelli with grilled pork and crispy egg rolls. Bold flavors

To top it off, we sipped on two boba teas: mango and honeydew. I’m usually a mango loyalist, but the honeydew surprised me, it was the ideal refreshment for a late summer day in Seattle.

And here’s a bonus for gamers and Halo fans: the walls are adorned with nine signed Halo posters, each autographed by the developers themselves. The restaurant originally operated in Kirkland near Halo’s former HQ, and Steve’s brother-in-law, one of the developers, helped secure the autographs. It’s a cool slice of gaming history tucked into a cozy Vietnamese eatery.

The restroom was exceptionally clean! And that is a major bonus.

With delicious food, generous service, and a lakeside view that includes seaplanes and signed Halo memorabilia, it’s one of the most memorable dining experiences in the area and an absolute must try!

I tired this restaurant on the recommendation of my son and it did not disappoint. The food was probably the second best in Seattle and the coffee was definitely legitimately made as I remembered.

I highly suggest giving this place a try and while it was dark and I couldn’t see the lake; I’m sure it was beautiful.

This little pho shop off the sometimes busy highway of 522, is amazing. I had the chicken pho with green tea. The broth flavor was rich but soothing, and the chicken meat wasn’t dry. The noodles and toppings are generous portions. The tea is soothing and has good flavor as well. They utensils for anyone, your choice, and free water available.
The atmosphere is gentle and calming, and the staff are attentive. Parking is free but not a giant amount. The seating area inside is spacious and has a view of the sea planes nearby. Pricing was more than fair for what we got.

This is easily our new favorite place near our house. The food is fresh and delicious!! We shared a spring roll appetizer that was so very good!! We both had vermicelli bowls. Mine had chicken and egg rolls. My partner had just the egg roll vermicelli bowl. We both really really enjoyed our food. The views of the lake are amazing. We will be eating here often I’m sure.

When I feel a cold coming on I head straight to the Pho House to order the clear beef broth and start drinking it like my life depends on it. Pretty sure it has saved me many a visit to the Dr for antibiotics. I immediately feel relief from my congestion. I also enjoy the chicken Pho with floating jalapeno slices, fresh bean sprouts and cilantro. The restaurant sits right above Kenmore Air Harbor and has a wonderful view of the flights coming and going on Lake Washington. Sunsets are beautiful from the counter seating overlooking the lake. There is no table service you order from the front register. The only thing weird is sometimes they have nice music playing with the additional noise of an animae cartoon playing on the TV. Two different sounds can be disconcerting. I think most of the time the cartoon sound is muted. The food is so fast, fresh and good!!!

OMG — what an incredible hole-in-the-wall! This pho spot is outstanding. My husband and I just moved up here and were craving pho, so we decided to give this place a try. We got pho, a banh mi, and some fresh rolls — all 10/10! Everything tasted super fresh (nothing premade) and packed with flavor, plus the prices are great.

We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, delicious pho — and as a bonus, there’s an unexpected but gorgeous view of Lake Washington while you eat!

Wanted Pho and on a whim decided to try since it is local, and what a treat! Loved the atmosphere, clean, tidy, gorgeous view. Pho and appetizers were delicious and fresh. The broth on the Pho is so good and egg rolls were crispy and deliciius. And service was so friendly! A huge bonus actually! Talkative, helpful with the menu and fast.

I’ve been craving Banh Mi, so it was perfect when I stumbled upon this spot! It was super convenient, easy to find and quick service. I ordered the pork and chicken combo for $10 and paired it with a Bubble Mango Tea for $6.75. While it might be a bit daunting if you’re hesitant to leave the main street but good parking, the place is worth it. The atmosphere is relaxing, with good music, spacious and pretty surroundings, and large windows that let you enjoy the view outside if you are alone like me or couple or friends. The server was friendly, too. If you’re in the mood for Pho, this place is worth a visit, even though I only tried the Banh Mi and Bubble Tea, they were both great!

It’s Monday in the afternoon. Busy work day. Sat near the windows and gazed thinking of nothingness.

Came for Pho- left in awe savoring the Chicken curry.

While I eat, slow jazz plays oh wait… it’s actually the restaurant and not in my head.
