This place is robbing people. I ordered a chicken burrito with extra chicken via the app and received a burrito that’s barely bigger than my computer mouse. There is no way someone made this burrito, looked at it and said “that’s something a customer would be happy with”. Won’t be coming back here.

I was a bit annoyed when I got to the total of my two burritos. They asked if I wanted queso and guacamole, never telling me it was an upgrade. I was shocked at my total and when asking why it was so much she said it was because of my add ons in which I replied that oh I didn’t know that was extra. She then said that there are signs that say it’s extra. The whole things felt very buggy and I should be told that it’s extra for different toppings.
I hope to see some additional customer service training because I really enjoy chipotle. This is only my 3rd time visiting and will definitely keep in mind the add ons, because the workers won’t tell you.
I never get on and complain, this just seemed like a problem that can be solved.
Nevertheless my burrito was delicious and I’ll be back but probably not to this location.

Jonathan, Marico, and Natalie were the BEST. I go to chiptole at lease once a week all of the place. The service here was amazing.
Jonathan filled my double-wrapped burrito to the brim. I have NO IDEA how he actually got it wrapped. And bro put me in fresh tin foil like we’re at a country club.

I ordered and paid $26 + tax for a plate of Rice, beans, DOUBLE STEAK, corn, lettuce, pico de gallo and queso blanco. What I got was a plate Super undercooked hard Rice, beans, 8 pieces of steak and everything else I mentioned above. Normally their food tastes good so I don’t mind paying the premium for it’s taste. But there is no way that what I got today, which by the way I threw away after just eating 1/4 of it and the 8 pieces of steak, is worth $26.00+ tax plus their delivery service (I ordered from their app) and then tip. $40.00 just for my order not to mention my wife’s. A total of $86.00. Horrible. Churlish and deplorable.

I experienced great customer service at this Chipotle, specifically with Dan & Jordan; they made sure to make my meal according to my preferences and treated me pleasantly.

By far the best location and best customer service. Unlike Sandy location (you don’t know when they are open, online only or closed) this place operates to the times it’s listed. Staff is friendly, location is clean, restrooms are clean as well. Plenty of parking. Healthy food or not so healthy but yummy is your pick away. (Most of the time chips are way too salty)

Great service but I noticed some rice may be 4 or 5 pieces which I noticed was little burnt overall the food was cooked properly. Great people keep that positivity . If anyone comes by closing time stay polite and calm. We respect you all for working hard Trust the process.

Apparently, showing up at Chipotle a whole hour before closing is basically a crime. One even made a comment that made it very clear we had just ruined their night by daring to want… food… during their open hours.
They were “out” of several key items, which I guess makes sense if you start shutting down your kitchen while the open sign is still glowing.
If you want the full Chipotle experience (ingredients, service, maybe even a smile), I’d suggest showing up before they’ve mentally clocked out — which at this location seems to be about 2 hours before the time on the door.
Lesson learned — we’ll let you enjoy your last hour in peace… without the burden of serving paying customers.
