I visited this establishment around 10:30 PM on 12/13/25. Michaela, quite industruously, was tending to several kitchen needs but made a point to promptly acknowledge me waiting for service. After roughly a minute she tended to my needs and then some, even suggesting a better way to order for the best deal. While the higher ups may have a problem with this, I must stress that this is a fantastic way to build a rapport and customer perpetuity; certainly the case for myself!
Why go to Burger King when you can peruse Freddy’s, with Michaela in tow? I ate like a king and felt as privileged as one too. I can usually find at least one thing to knock an establishment on but not here. The staff was pleasant, food was fresh, offered a reasonable amount of food for the price and the place was near spotless inside and out. Keep up the fantastic work!
Lastly, I’ve been in higher management a few times over the years and I can recognize quality leadership when I see it. If the higher ups don’t recognize Michaelas efforts and high quality service, another employer just might! She certainly deserves a closer look and good tutelage to elevate her further.

Wish I could give the service 10 stars. Everyone was amazingly friendly and should I ever find myself in Tucson again, I’ll definitely be visiting once more just because of that. Add in the fact that Freddy’s is still the best fast food burger out there and I’ll be continuing to visit all locations when I can.

Had the crispy chicken sandwich meal. It was really good, the fries are thin and crispy. Love them. Shaun the manager is a great person, and takes care to detail and attention. Everyone working there was warm and friendly. A gem in the sea of fast food places! Totally recommend it!

First time at this place. Food was the same as any other Freddy’s. Spent almost $80 just to get none of the sauces, went and asked for some, the lady gave me a dirty look, didn’t say anything and handed me 2 things of sauce for a bunch of food across 5 people. After we ate I asked for a water cup, nice cashier gave me a small cup and that’s fine. I noticed the same lady from before staring at me when I went to fill it with water. I drank all the water and went to fill it with lemonade, as I was still filling this small cup she came up behind me, snatched the cup out of my hand and threw it away. I walked back to the counter, she saw me and hid behind a wall from me. I asked for another water cup and said I’d fill it with water this time I already know your boss was watching me, cashier reached for an even smaller cup then before and the manager said no (yeah I asked for a water cup to not get only water I know) she had no reason grabbing stuff out of my hands. Didn’t get the name but if your gonna be a grumpy old lady working fast food, at least be professional about it

They forgot to put the fries in my bag. The food is warm and I paid $6 for cheese curds to be filled halfway. This is why people are going to restaurants instead of fast food. This is not worth $40 I won’t be back. Oh this was my first time trying Freddy’s. I want my money back

My food was Delicious, service great, atmosphere nice. Love stopping here and grabbing. Never have an issue with my order. Staff always polite, tables nice and clean. Love the shakes and spicy ketchup.

The cashier mistakenly got my order wrong but they quickly corrected it. The staff was friendly. The place was clean. The food was hot but the black bean burger was okay. French fries were thin and crispy.

This place has really good burgers, I love their fries. The manager came up to our table and introduced himself, he asked if we needed anything. He told us to download the app and you can earn points everytime you purchase a meal. This location is really clean and the employees are friendly.

The worst chicken sandwich I have ever had!!! I ordered it with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I got a dry chicken sandwich with a bunch of lettuce and that was it. Fed it to my cat and went to McDonald’s for me a chicken sandwich. Much better.

Took myself and my Family to Freddy’s for the first time on Friday. We were VERY impressed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted, and being our first time eating at this restaurant, the lady at the counter (Sarina) was very patient and understanding. She even suggested some VERY TASTY ideas. There was an incident that occurred while we ate there with some local riff-raff trying to get some free drinks, but the management and staff handled it swiftly and without incident. Very impressive. We were consistently asked if there was anything else we needed, cleaning of the tables and station was constant, and they even picked up our baskets for us as we finished our meals. Very attentive and on point with Customer Service. This place was Super Clean. Highly Recommend eating here. Great Job to the Staff, especially management!!
