This is definitely one of our consistent go to spots and honestly I am surprised I am just now writing a review for Sake 2 Me Sushi. We have brought multiple friends here over time and everyone always leaves impressed. The all you can eat pricing is actually really solid especially for the quality of fish you get and you truly get a lot. Orders come out fast too usually within five to ten minutes which is honestly impressive. The fish quality really stands out for an AYCE spot especially the spicy tuna salmon and toro. The no rice rolls are my personal favorite because they are just a straight protein overload crab tuna salmon albacore all packed in heavy and generous. Even the regular rolls have a ton of fish and great flavor especially with the sauces they pair them with which definitely pack a punch. Cant go wrong with the gyoza and the spicy garlic edamame is a must every time. The miso soup is also really good creamy light and balanced not watery not too thick just right. We tried a Hawaiian style roll with a crunchy topping and albacore which was amazing and the roll sizes are huge. My wife got a spicy tuna roll with spicy mayo and a teriyaki glaze and she loved it. And the blue toro was honestly a surprise in the best way possible the sashimi cut was generous and the quality was way better than expected for all you can eat. Overall this place is always a win and easily one of our top all you can eat sushi spots. Highly recommend

We had such an amazing experience at Sake2Me AYCE Sushi in Newport Beach. They have a ton of options on the menu, but opted into the all-you-can-eat selection that consisted of 3 rounds for just $30 which is such a great deal. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the customer service was perfect, our server was friendly helpful when we ordered our food. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving great sushi and an amazing price.

Kim was SO friendly and attentive and came around a few times when we needed it. She took great care of us!
The fish was very fresh. The rice to fish ratio is great too. They are pretty quick with the orders and the ambience is nice.
You can order three rounds of AYCE and the first round you only get 10 nigiri per person. But after that, it’s unlimited!
Fair price for sushi in my opinion.
Only complaint is that the miso soup was fairly salty and the squid nigiri had a drop of sauce that I wasn’t a huge fan of, BUT it was still delicious nonetheless.
This is my third time here and I will definitely still come back for my sushi fix!

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and went with the 50% off sushi deal instead of the all-you-can-eat. The sushi was fresh and tasty, and the pricing worked well for a family meal.
We ordered several rolls and a bowl of udon. The food was solid, but two things stood out: there aren’t many non-sushi options for kids or elders, and the fried shrimp in the udon was soaked in the soup, so it lost its crunch. It would’ve been better if served on the side to stay crispy.
Great value for sushi fans. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area.

I had such a great experience at Sake 2 Me Sushi! The sushi was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and fast, even though it was busy. The all you can eat menu had so many options！salmon, tuna, rolls, and even hand rolls were all amazing. Definitely one of the best AYCE sushi spots in Irvine. Highly recommend!

If you’re craving sushi, this is a fantastic spot for AYCE. The rolls come out fresh and well-made, with a nice balance of rice and fish. The menu has a wide variety, from classic nigiri to creative specialty rolls. Service was quick even during busy hours, and the staff made sure our table always had what we needed. The eggplant / mushroom skewers were another favorite. Bit light, crispy batter with a satisfying crunch, drizzled with a touch of flavorful sauces that gave it sweetness flavor. It was beautifully balanced of texture and taste.
And of course, the fried chicken. Karage was glistening, juicy, and tender. Simply delicious with the creamy dipping sauce on the side.
Besides the food, the variety of options made it easy to order and enjoy a little of everything, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Staff were quite excellent, it was busy right at opening.
I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend for anyone who wants sushi, tempura, ayce and Japanese-inspired dishes! ✨

This has to be the worst sushi spot I’ve ever been to. The nigiri was incredibly disappointing. The rice was hard and dry. All of the fish was just subpar. A lot of the rolls and nigiri looked and tasted like grocery store sushi. Sushi Damu is a WAY better spot for AYCE.
