We live in wheeling so we use to goto the one by Walmart. However we have made so many complaints, food is always old or the order was never right. So we started coming to the buffalo grove one and let me just say I have not had a bad experience yet! Food is fresh, the interactions are always great, but most of all the overall experience is wonderful and a breath of fresh air. Wheeling could use some pointers on how to treat there guests and make food from you all. Thanks for a great breakfast we will only be coming here from now on.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single table and counter was filthy. Guy at the register who had been standing there a while literally walked away after a minute of ignoring me and everyone else in the kitchen just ignores you while standing around talking.. fountain machine is broken and the ketchup dispenser is empty and they don’t wanna help.. oh and the fries were stale and cold.

We’ve had multiple bad experiences here—more than three times now. On this visit, we were stuck at the drive-thru trying to place our order, with complete silence at the screen for about five minutes. During that time, a white woman pulled up to the other ordering lane and was immediately greeted with, “How can we help you?” We were then left waiting an additional 10 minutes. The staff was rude, and the treatment felt discriminatory. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend.

All ive ever done was order from them and do drive-thru and so far these workers know how to work at least on your food,despite sometimes a wait time they have always had the freshest food ive ever had from any mcdonalds, they never had my order incorrect, the workers are polite its everything anyone could want from this establishment. We went with 4 kids so they had pizza and fries. The pizza was surprisingly good. We also had salads. Also very good. Service was fabulous. The kids enjoyed the coloring sheets so it made dinner much easier.

Very disappointed with this location. We waited in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes around 11 PM, and then suddenly they turned off the lights and told us they were closed. The store is listed as open 24/7, so this was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. If the location is not actually open 24 hours, the hours should be updated to avoid misleading customers. Poor communication and very unprofessional experience.

The service is impeccable… always friendly and fast, even when they’re short handed… I don’t think the store has any control over it but my only complaint would be the amount of pepper on the sausage patties… mostly it’s all you taste in the sandwich
