Guy.There seems to be some kind of managers pretty rude to customers.I was telling the girl what I wanted on my sandwich and making sure it was right. And he asked me, what are you going to do stand over her to make sure she makes the sandwich right?Well yeah, that’s the whole purpose of coming in subway.Telling them what you want on your sandwich and then watching them make it….. Seems like a weird comment to make to a customer .

Stopped by this location after going to another subway location on 34th st s skyway district. The young man that was working at this location was outstanding. He should go down to the other location and train the guy there on customer service.

3 stars for 3 strikes I’m out. I did a curbside 3 footlong order. 2 had the wrong bread, 2 were missing their cheese, 1 not toasted, 1 had no mayo, and 2 had no oil or vinegar. Checked my my mobile order and receipt in bag. I was right, sandwich artist was wrong. Enjoy the tip you did not deserve. Shame on this location’s management team. I only come to this location because it is so close. I’ll drive farther next time, if there is a next time.

I frequent this on the regular because of the customer service especially from the sandwich artist named King ( what a cool name) and the manager James. These two employees exude excellence and stellar customer service along with the rest of the staff! Their knowledge of product and skill to help you build your perfect sub or assemble your already perfect preference.
I really enjoy my stops here and look forward to future visits!
I highly recommend this store!

James is an incredible manager here. Him and his staff are always very friendly. I’m greeted the second I walk in the door and told to have a great day when I leave. I work close to this location so I come here often and always have a great experience. You can not always say that to often with “fast food”. James and his team are the perfect example of good customer service!

I think it is really great that they closed early for Father’s Day, that’s so considerate of their staff. However, it was really disappointing to arrive 20 minutes before their posted closing time to find them already locked up. Staff was still inside with lights on but doors were locked. I fully understand that side work cleaning up to close takes time and I would never want to cause anyone to leave late but if the staff are off at 8:00, make the posted closing time 6:30 or 7 so they have time to do their side work and leave by 8 – don’t make the posted closing time 8 but then lock the doors sometime before 7:40.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. So I went today because I was craving a sub. Well the girl working argued with me when I asked for extra cheese. Pretty much had to explain that people add extra stuff. So then she literally put 15 pieces of shredded lettuce from the bottom of the pan, so I just walked out and went next door no pressure. I’ve never had a problem with this store until today and I don’t plan on coming back no time soon. Publix is just
as good.

I ordered two subs for pick up today. Lola helped me. She was great. Very pleasant and professional and made great subs. She’s an asset to your company.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Ordered online, gave literally one special instruction which was no roast beef and they get it right maybe 20% of the time, and they don’t even answer the phone (voicemail is full) unless you try to call catering and they won’t fix the order. Bad staff, bad customer service, bad management. Figure it out.

Been going to this store for years, they cleaned it up but failed to hire decent people. Heavy set, unhappy, mumbling, while also taking personal phone calls isn’t ideal for someone in customer service. They often close early and run out of items constantly. Possibly the worst subway in the area, and that’s saying a lot.
