I normally have great experiences with Chick-fil-A, which is why this situation was especially disappointing. I placed a drive-through order for my family and drove about 20 minutes home, only to realize the order was missing nuggets and fries.
I drove another 20 minutes back to the restaurant expecting the order to be corrected. Unfortunately, I was told the items weren’t rung up originally and they wouldn’t replace the meal, which was frustrating after the mistake had already happened.
After driving another 20 minutes home again, we discovered additional issues with the order. The fried chicken nugget salad was made with grilled chicken, the chicken sandwich had pickles even though we requested none, it was missing cheese, and another order of fries was missing.
This ended up being a very frustrating experience with multiple long drives and several errors in the order. Chick-fil-A is usually known for excellent service, so this was surprising and disappointing. I hope the location can improve its order accuracy and customer recovery process.

This restaurant is the worse I’m never eating there again. I have several issues daily with this restaurant and I’ve left several reviews under my other email addresses. I had to use a different email just to post this picture of the large fruit cup portion I received. This is absolutely ridiculous that the amount of fruit is as small as a small portion instead of a large.

Nooo!!! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It says it comes with tomato and lettuce and pepper jack cheese, etc. That is NOT what I got. I am soooo disappointed.
Do better, y’all, and make sure your people know the right questions to ask, especially when someone is specific about their order.

I use the mobile app all the time and go through mobile thru. The app did something weird this time and did not go to the screen where I acknowledge I’m at the restaurant and scan the QR code. I called the restaurant and explained and the girl who answered the phone was so nice. She was able to find my order and I did not have to wait. Food was fresh. Great experience and customer service.

You guys need to switch the mobile lane with the drive thru lane. Very slow service through drive thru and nobody is in the lane with mobile. Every other location has better drive thru service hands down.

I really like Chic Fil A and I truly try to understand sometimes mistakes happen. I always do mobile orders entering all condiments I would like with my items ordered. This location has to slow down and focus on accuracy. I would rather wait a little longer for the food I actually ordered and PAID for. That also includes my creamers and sugar with my coffee right??? Also I need my silverware for my fruit cup I ordered I would rather not eat fruit with my hands! It would be nice to have napkins for my hands as-well! I would also like the condiments like ketchup for my hash browns and grape jelly for my breakfast sandwhich! This location even gives out chicken noodle soup when you order the tortilla soup they did that at least 3 times when I’ve ordered. I don’t know if the people working truly don’t care or are you rushing to get the order out and sacrificing accuracy for speed results with your timed drive thru goals. Either way we the customers are suffering because of it! Please do better!

My wife & I came early for the grand opening. The staff were so friendly and were pretty quick, especially for their first day. The food was flawless and the play place will be great for our nephew to blow off some energy. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Never do drive through mobile order. Always gets the order wrong, never the priority even though you put your order in in advanced. You’d think as someone that has ordered online you would get it first but nope they always serve the line first and never the mobile order. Been sitting in the mobile order line for 10 mins. Not to mention I’ve never seen a chick fil a like this one mess up my order this much.
