The caprese salad was delicious and I would absolutely order it again! The ribs were pretty good, while tender they didn’t have the best flavor but the mashed potatoes and spinach were great! Our server was really sweet and the cocktails were also very tasty. We had a big group and our server was very accommodating to our needs and since it was a work group we had separate checks. It was really kind of her to do that for us.

For our 22nd wedding anniversary my husband and I came here. We started with the artichoke dip. Our main entree we’re, for me the salmon with polenta and spinach., and my husband had the filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and Cesar salad. I chose this place based on menu items. The food was delicious, the waitress was great, and the atmosphere felt romantic, perfect for our anniversary. Definitely will go again in the future.

Best Hamburger I have ever had. And the staff was super attentive and nice. Drinks were on point as well! I go there every time I pass through town.

What to do in Southern Oregon
Harvey’s is one of our favorite restaurants for family dinners and date nights equally. The food and cocktails are always good. Service is also good while slow at times, as things go these days with staff shortages. Just be prepared to be patient.

Fantastic food in a casual friendly atmosphere. We had the seafood linguine, chicken piccata, meatloaf, and a burger. Everyone was very happy with their food.

I’ll start by saying it took over 15 minutes for my own bottle of wine to be opened for an average $20 corkage, I’m happy to pay it if it were timely. They were busy and the bartender was very sweet. The clams were not good, tasted like bland dishwater with sweet peppers added (where is the white wine, the garlic, shallot , the butter the flavor?? )I ate approximately three of those and let it be discarded (the server did not ask if I enjoyed it nor did she notice that my plate was full and I didn’t eat it) I attempted to eat the bread which was also not good (how so? I don’t know!!!) so I asked for balsamic vinegar and oil for dipping. after waiting another almost 15 minutes, I had to ask a second time for balsamic vinegar and oil, at that time I was brought in Italian dressing of some sort, which again I had to ask for balsamic vinegar and oil. What I was finally brought was some sort of balsamic reduction that had way too much sugar in it and it was also horrible. I find it sad that restaurants survive simply by being on the plaza in Ashland Martinos is another one that does this.
I only tried Harvey’s on a recommendation from one of my own customers. If I did give them another chance, it won’t be anytime soon. I literally left they’re hungry AND angry.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARVEY’S
Our first time here and what a pleasant surprise. From initial greeting to being seated and then to food recommendations, Faith was incredibly polite and friendly making the dinner an experience.

The fish and chips was good. The clam chowder was one of the best I’ve ever had. I fly to Monterey usually for the best clam chowder, but this was as good or better.

The meatloaf was very flavourful and well paired with a creamy mashed potatoes and Spinach.

I take Faith’s word that the Pot DE Creme is the best example of good things come in small packages.

With 59M views of my reviews, it might seem like all I do is eat, but the truth is it’s not far from the truth.

We’ve been coming here for 11 years. We used to come for the baked Brie appetizer, then they took it off the menu for some unknown reason. Now, we come to ask about the baked Brie. Every time we ask they say “everyone always asks! but we don’t have it anymore”. If everyone always asks THEN BRING IT BACK!!!! …. Unfortunately, we just had our last meal at Harvey’s. We waited an hour for our food, we were never checked on or updated, our appetizer plates were never cleared. No apology, no explanation, our waitress didn’t even approach the table until after A DIFFERENT waitress had to serve us food. The shrimp had veins, the burger was raw, the pork chop was tough. The restaurant is loud, uninviting (despite the cheap fairy lights strewn all around) and generally very mid. We’ve never had an outstanding meal here, but they USED to have outstanding baked brie. All of this being said, EVERYTHING would be forgiven and we would become OFTEN patrons again if they just brought the brie back. PLEASE!! It’s the only redeeming part of this place.
