I stopped by here to get takeout for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with their cheeseburgers. Delicious! (Their fries could have been a little warmer, though.) We also ordered their bone-in wings with the lemon pepper dry rub. They were also good. The lady who took my takeout order was friendly and even told me about their deals and specials. The restaurant seemed nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Hope this place makes it!

I think it was on par with any other Buffalo wild wings. The difference maker was our server Larhonda. She was warm, welcoming and attentive. She even told us about the app. We saved a couple bucks. Great service. The food was good. The facility was clean. I enjoyed my self.

I was not sure which wing flavors that wanted. My server Makayla was helpful with choices and described options. She was patient and very helpful. She balanced her time with other clientele. I was treated very well and personable from other waitstaff as well. The whole restaurant and even the bar area has many TVs to watch games from or whatever you’re into but like you can get your game on in many choices. And in addition when I walked in, they were like hi welcome to wild wings, blah blah blah. It was great. It’s so super clean and just the right amount of lighting. Not too dark not too bright and lots and lots of choices of tap beers and the menu items lots and lots of choices delicious. Not just wings other type of food also.

They had a slow start after opening, but they’re hitting their stride. My wife and I love this place! Bar tenders are attentive and personable. Lorenda and Makayla always remember us and ensure we are taken care of. The people are great, the food is consistent, and the boneless wings are alway crunchy!

My husband and I were visiting and decided to hit Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Super Bowl. Drinks were good. Atmosphere was fun. We did have a bit of a wait but that was to be expected on Super Bowl Sunday. Much improved over our last visit. Service was subpar but after speaking with, Braxton, he corrected our issue quickly. We are excited to hear of the new management team! There has definitely been an improvement over our past visit. Hopefully Braxton and his team will continue to make progress.

Despite some of the low reviews, I had a great experience. Sat at the bar and Makayla and Lorvenda were very attentive. Wings and fries came out hot and cooked right. I travel and go to Bdubs all over and this one was as good as any. Maybe they’ve worked out some of the issues. I’ll be back.

Great experience at Wingstop! Our server Makayla was kind, fast, and very efficient. The staff was friendly and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

I, along with what felt like the rest of the greater Charleston area, was at Buffalo Wild Wings to pick up my pre-order on Superbowl Sunday. The young lady who was running the takeout order counter was putting on a masterclass in how to handle a room full of hungry impatient customers and should be recognized for her exceptional customer service (5 stars). I waited over 45 minutes for my food, which I am not upset about, I know others waited longer. However, I didn’t bother to confirm that my order was prepared to its specifications because I didn’t want to clog up the line or be late getting the food back to hungry impatient party guests. I was annoyed to say the least when I arrived home to find that not only were the wings unsauced, but there were no sauces in the bag. I understand that the Superbowl is a whole different ballgame (178 open takeout orders when I left), but if you are going to be the go-to takeout food for an event like the Superbowl, please get the orders right. It was disappointing that such excellent service was coupled with such poor order execution.
