Customer service simply doesn’t exist here. I’ve come here a number of times to buy boxes of donuts for my loved ones because their raised donuts are good, but this was my final straw with them. Both the man and the woman that run this place have a very “hurry up and buy” attitude. If you take too long making up your mind, then you get brushed off or rushed. Personally, I don’t need much by way of customer service — you don’t even have to be super kind. But these people’s attitudes really suck and I can’t bring myself to continue to support a business like this. The donuts are also egregiously expensive, which I hadn’t cared about until I found out what kind of human beings I was supporting.

Don’t come to this place to buy donuts they have really bad customer service. The lady who was helping was very rude and told us to hurry up. She also didn’t want to give us a donut. Kinda disappointing how downhill this place went. Use to come here for years when I went to high school and use to be really good. Maybe after time/ years the owners got tired or really lazy or to be honest both. Donuts are always a day old and they always make new ones after they run out and order a breakfast bagel and it had such a weird taste. Definitely not giving them another chance. I’ll stick to my Main Street bagel. Way better bagels and better atmosphere
