$8 for a burrito the size of your hand and the filling is even less, half full sauces, they don’t want to give out sauce and if you get sauce it is only 1/4-1/2 full, usually burrito s come with carrots, but no carrots I could get a full pound of ribeye at the butcher shop for that price.

I used to drive across town for r this burrito but come to find out they have one right down the street. The food is always fresh & the hot sauce is better than anywhere else in town.. never disappoints..

I had two types of tacos here—al pastor and lengua. Both were absolutely fantastic, and just like the tacos I get when visiting my family in Mexico. The tacos al pastor were a great combination of roasted pork and sauce. The lengua tacos were PERFECT! I could go on and on—the taste, texture, and everything. The tortillas were homemade, and the green sauce had a nice kick.

Husband and I were passing through Sioux City and got steak tortas and carnitas tacos. Both were delicious! Owner was very friendly, dining area was clean, food reasonably priced and produce was fresh. Would definitely return!

So delicious! I come here all the time for the burritos. Always fresh, and very filling. Their green sauce is so yummy! The other items are also very good. Favorite taqueria in the area!

Holy! Taco about tacos!
I never had nachos that held together so well through the whole meal. Usually they are soggy and fall apart else where.
The tacos are packed and same as nachos. They don’t fall apart. More kept together than my mental health. Jk
Look if you want good food with option for a beer or two this place is the place to be. It gets busy but it’s worth the visit. 9.3/10
You’re welcome

Amazing tacos ! I’m definitely going back to try other menu items.
They only take cash
My husband wanted 6 tacos, and then we realized we didn’t have enough cash. We asked for 4 tacos then.
When we got home, we had 6 amazing tacos.
Thank you
The hot sauce was good. The green sauce is . Literally dip your taco in the hreen sauce a scouch. I told my husband any place that has cheek, tongue and tripe has good Mexican food.
We will be back to enjoy other menu items

I’ve tried a lot of Mexican places in Siouxland and this one wins the gold medal. Everything that comes out of their kitchen tastes homemade. I usually go for a steak burrito but if you’re feeling adventurous the menu is extensive; tonight I tried the cow tongue! You’ve got to ask for their green salsa, it’s quite spicy yet smooth almost like it has an avocado base. Yes they are cash only but I believe that is how they keep their prices so reasonable. Best in town all around.

So, I’m not trying to scare anyone because to be fair I’ve eaten here on and off for years and it’s been FINE. But on my most recent visit I got a beef burrito, and it was big so I ate half and saved half for the next day. Well the first half was fine but the next day when I ate the second half I immediately had stomach pain and ended up throwing up shortly after. Now after relieving myself I felt fine but I think the reason was the meat was pretty greasy. For health reasons I’ve been only eating home cooked lean meats recently so perhaps my stomach just wasn’t used to something a little greasier. I don’t think it was food poisoning or anything, and I don’t want to make this restaurant look bad because AGAIN I’ve eaten here many times over the years.. but just a warning to anyone who maybe can’t handle greasy food?
