I have tried over and over again to use this chipotle and every time it’s horrible for any take out at least. They always forget something, the portions are poor, etc.
Yesterday was the worst though. We got actual raw chicken, so I am sure others have too. So beware you may get sick from this place. We are giving up, not going back to the chipotle.

2nd time coming to this location & I was hoping a better result but didn’t. My order I asked for everything happened fine except for the honey chicken. Instead of decent smaller portions I ended up with like 3 big chunks of em. I ate one & became disappointed with the rest of my bowl. The girl that worked in that drive thru around 210p on 6/15/25 just looked mean as hell & snarky. Personally the worse chipotle I’ve been to in this city.

Why is everything here so dirty with so many people standing around doing nothing.
The employee in the last photo was extremely rude, I asked if they had any more guacamole. Because she was trying to scrape the sides that were filled with other ingredients like corn that obviously shouldn’t have been in there, along with the fact that there wasn’t even enough of a portion to fit on the spoon let alone fill a portion cup. She rolled her eyes and looked at me like I just slapped her in the face, another employee looked down at the guacamole that was basically completely empty and then grabbed a new one within seconds. (You can see in the pic) I don’t understand why she had to act that way.
The entire establishment is filthy even in front of the cash register that would be so easy to do a quick wipe down in between customers , is full of food. Every single table is disgustingly dirty, there’s so many cross contamination issues within their line up. You can get one ingredient that’s not filled with anything else on the line. I wanted to walk away but I waited almost 30 mins with a line of only a few people.

Ordered an organic lemonade, and got cheap Minute Maid lemonade instead. It’s dumb it doesn’t show people who make our order, what beverage selection we made, and it just shows the size of the drink according to an employee. Same size and same price but it’s disappointing when you order something and you get something completely different. I know it’s not the Minute Maid I ordered because there was also an option for an organic watermelon limeade which I didn’t see that option on the drink dispenser. It’s dumb but it really ruins one’s night expecting nice tasting organic lemonade to chemical flavored trash. The fancy steak is tender but only after you chew around 70% of fat to get to any actual meat.

Ordered 2 burritos through the app. Went to pick them up and when I pulled up to the drive thru window a young lady was making an order while talking on her cellphone which she kept switching from hand to hand. She was wearing gloves but that doesn’t mean anything when you’re touching your nasty cell phone that’s been in your pocket, your purse, the bathroom, dropped on the floor, etc. it’s full of bacteria.
When she got done making the order she finally came to the window and asked for the name on my order and after I told her she said, “Oh sorry for the wait, I actually just finished yours.” I wanted to scream at her how nasty what she just did was but I didn’t because I’m just tired of dealing with stuff like this. I literally threw the whole bag of food in the trash. Chipotle you suck!

I cannot believe they had the audacity to serve brown guacamole. The portions were small. I ordered a tortilla on the side with all three of my burrito bowls and they wrapped all three of them together in the same piece of foil. Lazy. I won’t be going back. It’s disappointing because my previous experiences at this location were pretty good.

Thank you, Chipotle, for having staff that so easily accommodates customers with food allergies. As someone whose spouse is always anxious to inform staff of the allergy, your employees never roll an eye and are quick and eager to help. It seems small but it really takes the stress out of going out to dinner. Thank you again!

I waited in line only to find out they were out of fajitas, black beans, corn salsa, and guacamole. The staff said they wouldn’t be making more and had run out of several ingredients, even though it was only 9:15 p.m. and they didn’t close until 11. I ended up driving about five miles to the Chipotle on Colerain Avenue, where everything was available and fresh, except for the vinaigrette.
