This is the second time I ordered extra sauce on my pizza and barely got any sauce. It is as if when you order extra sauce they think they should put less sauce on to save a couple of cents. This will be the last time I order from this Papa John’s location

Tried to place an order 2 weeks ago, a larger order – online. used my half off card that i PURCHASED – says you can order online and payment didnt go through, so i called the store, was able to place the order that day and use my half off card.
Fast forward to today, tried again to use the online ordering system because that is what is meant for. went through the entire process yet again for it to give me the same exact message. It cant process order, have to call into the store. so i call, you get a service center by the way. Told i cant use the discount card and id have to place the order online and thats when i got a little snippy because it will not allow me to place an order and now this time, they dont take the order over the phone. The man over the phone was completely rude and told me to stop yelling, when in all reality i was not yelling, i was stern and men cant handle that. If i bought a card with my money, i expect to be able to use it. It is illegal to sell a card and then do everything possible to prevent people from using the card. that is fraud.
Now, when i received the food 2 weeks ago, it was delicious so i made sure i left a good review for the food but this is very shady business practices. Completely unprofessional and scamming hundreds of people out of their papa john cards and not providing what the card says it does.
Just go to a mom and pop pizza place, lesson learned on my end.
oh and then he tried to convince me to order there as if i trusted HIM to not mess with my pizza. I wished him a merry christmas and declined the offer.

My pizza arrived cold, and the driver did not even let me know it was here. I happened to see him on my camera so it’s not like it sat out there for awhile. I called and spoke to the Mgr., he said if they’re busy they’ll use Instacart for delivery. He apologized and said they would remove that driver from their list. He made no effort to try to compensate me or make me feel that I was valued as a customer. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce well done. What I got was a bunch of melted cheese on top of gummy dough with absolutely no crust at all ! The manager said he’ll give me a free pizza which is nice but it’s still a disappointment

Got a thin pizza that was hard as a brick no sauce hardly any mushrooms that was ordered hardly any cheese and ordered extra cheese on 11/10/25 I called and talked to the manager he said he would give credit at a later date under my phone number. So tonight I called they said no credit under my number and would not honor it. I have ordered pizza from them at least two nights a week maybe more paying anywhere from 25$ to 42$. This is not a way to treat loyal customers or any customers. This manager tonight needs to take classes on how to treat customers and how to handle problems with orders!
I will never order from them again Dominos just got my business tonight and the future!

Ordered a papa bowl for lunch and it was absolutely disgusting. Just slopped in the container with burned cheese on the edges. Hard to describe but the smell of it was extremely off-putting, was tempted to toss the whole thing in the garbage.
Not good trying to run a place with only 1 employee that was hanging out outside upon arrival.

I ordered a Shaq-a-roni pizza deal. The pizza suppose to have alot of pepperonis and extra cheese and the pizza looks like a regular New York style pizza. When I expressed my concern the employee stated if he makes it again it would be the same pizza. Wrong!!!!! My pizza suppose to be covered in pepperoni and extra cheese atleast that is what the picture depicted. I will not patronize this papa John’s again!
