Came by at lunch time. They were busy, but the line moved quick! Tables were clean, and the food was delicious. Sandwich was perfectly toasted and meaty. Soup was hot and tasty. Team does a great job here.

This place is close to my job and every time I order they get the order wrong whether I do DoorDash or pick up myself or order on their app. Unbelievable and disappointing. This specific flat sandwich I order does not taste the same if you forget an ingredient on it. Instructions are super specific and clear. Even when I order in person they get it wrong.

I ordered my Oreo shake before anyone else in line. They called out my shake to the person at the end yet when I got to the end, they hadn’t started making any of the shakes. I ordered an Oreo shake, and then a couple people behind me ordered two chocolate shakes, and then a strawberry shake. When I was time for me to check out, the girl said she would be right back because she was starting to make the shakes which I figured would be at one of mine. I then see her make a chocolate shake, go ask the other lady for help, and then when she came up to me and asked me what I ordered I told her my sandwich and an Oreo shake. She said she didn’t know if they could make the Oreo shake because they ran out of milk. So she used the last of the milk on a shake that wasn’t even the next person in line and I never got my shake. They weren’t that busy so even do not have the shake done by the time I got to the end of the line I was kind of surprised and then also the fact that they didn’t make my shake first was annoying

This used to be one of our favorite spots to grab a lunch but the food quality has gone down while the prices have gone up! It was crazy expensive and flavorless I got the chicken and cheddar which tasted like nothing! The Mac and cheese was pretty tasty! But we spent almost 50 dollars on 2 sandwiches and 1 bowl of Mac and cheese! That NUTS! Even for the Geneva commons!

I’ve only been to Potbelly’s once before and never at this location. Thought I’d give it a try because it sounded good and I had time to kill. I went in and stood in the queue while looking at the menu for a while, and then moved and stood by the Order Here sign. Wasn’t sure if I was at the right area? There were people working behind the counter, but they looked busy with equipment and stuff, I didn’t know if they were helping other people. I waited patiently for a couple of minutes before getting noticed by the male employee. He went in the back for a minute and then took my order, but needed to confirm every part of my order about 3 times. Forgot what kind of sandwich I ordered (avo turkey), if I wanted the avocado and cucumber on the sandwich (I ordered specifically for the avocado and cucumber!!)? During this time, the overly friendly manager noticed me, popped over, and rung me up. I stood and waited for my sandwich for a bit longer. I mentioned to the manager that I was killing time and was eating in the restaurant, but I was never offered a tray, cup of water, anything. The vibes here were very strange. Won’t be back.
