Super disappointed with this location and our experience. First, I have been to this location multiple times and and super disappointed in the service. On my most recent visit I sat at the counter waiting to order for close to 10 minutes as numerous employees walked by and said nothing. When I received my food it was burnt and much of it was not edible. Our chicken was stringy and filled with fat, our ribs were so burnt they were tough and hard, and our beef was burnt and broken down into crumbs. When I was finally able to get the attention of an employee to make them aware of the situation, he was unable to refund me because only the manager The ability to refund. He took my name number and receipt and assured me the manager would be calling me. I still have not heard from the manager. Such a disappointing date night with my wife. For $40 I expect much more we will not be eating here again.

Good food, meh interior and customer service. Galbi Short Ribs were good, great flavor and tender. Teriyaki sauce is amazing. Rice was just ok, as was macaroni salad. Cabbage and Broccoli were an unexpected delicious part of the meal. Overall not bad, going back to try Chicken Teriyaki

The service needs significant improvement!! Stood at the register to order and was ignored while employees were ringing up other orders on the register, I believe possibly drive thru.
Once we were knowledged, we had some questions on what things were, but when asked, it felt like we were bothering the cashier. The food is different but good! Wish we had a better experience with the staff but we will try again soon, just in case it was a one off experience.

Worst Hawaiian I’ve ever had.
Lots of tendons and inedible fat in the chicken (see pics).
I had the Island Fire Chicken and the sauce was mediocre but the chicken meat was terrible. At least one in five bites were unchewable.
Mac salad wasn’t great and I decided not worth eating.
The staff looked as if they’d lost the will to live and really wanted to be somewhere else (classic sign of poor management). Very low energy. I would have complained to the staff but it looked as if they were already hating life.
Salt, pepper, and napkins are behind the counter and had to be asked for.
Best thing I ordered was the Diet Coke.
Terrible. So many better options around.

Came through the drive thru 20 minutes before they closed. It says they close at 10pm there were workers chatting outside blocking the drive thru entrance I said hi there and no response. I came to the front to check the hours and see some of the workers inside didn’t say a thing.

This was my first time ordering to-go from this place. I decided to try it because my husband enjoys the combo plate here. In my opinion, the food was okay, and the portions were decent. Using a coupon made the price very reasonable for two plates. Without the coupon it’s pricey. Taste is subjective, to each its own taste buds so while I may not go back, my husband will likely be a return customer.

If I could give a zero I would. Whoever is taking orders through the drive-through. If it’s your mission to get this location to not have ANY customers, YOU are well on your way. I recommend that this location be avoided. Take

I came here around like 3 o’clock hoping to get some quick lunch before heading home And I go through the drive-through and I waited maybe somewhere around 8 to 10 minutes before me and another car backed out of line to go see what was happening and the inside has somewhere around 4 to 5 employees at a time so I’m not sure if this location needs more help or a better system, Food is decent But also definitely needs some more attention.

Google and the door clearly say drive thru stays open until 10pm. The employees on 12.22.25 apparently make their own hours and closed the entire place up at 9. And the worst part, the woman at the register couldn’t even say they were wrapping up, she just walked away and turned the lights off as soon as she saw the cars pull up. They had 4 cars waiting at the drive thru, maybe hang up a sign saying you’re closing early if that’s the case. Instead of wasting people’s time. Anyway, went to the one on Bell, which also closed at 10, and got our food before 930.

1st time going, got the pick 2 thing for a dollar more, and this is all you get?..what a joke. I’ve been to other places since and when you order more or extra chicken YOU GET IT!. There’s a novel concept you pay for more and you get it(not just 1 or 2 pieces). The best part of the whole visit was the teriyaki sauce(very good)but I won’t be back. By the way chicken is local so tariffs should have nothing to do with how much you don’t get.
