The food was great and the staff were friendly, but a few things took away from the experience. Most of the booths were dirty, so we had to walk to the back just to find a clean table, even though many were empty. On top of that, it was freezing inside—I’ve been to plenty of Five Guys locations, and this was the first one that felt uncomfortably cold. Still, the food itself was solid.

Five guys is the place you go to if your date tells you to take them to an expensive restaurant. If you’re an average Joe like me, you’re probably not taking a trip to Five Guys unless you win the lottery. I haven’t been there in years until today, where I got a Bacon Cheeseburger, regular fries, soda and a shake. About $30 for that so if you’re on a date with someone, expect the bill to hit $50 easily. The gimmick at Five Guys is that they always give you a lot of extra fries for the size you ordered and today was no exception. I’m not the biggest fan of Five Guys but firmly believe that they make some of the best fries on this planet and I will die on this hill. The bacon cheeseburger was okay, just a typical burger, nothing special for the $12 price tag. I feel that shake shack gives the burgers here a run for its money, particularly the Double Smokeshack. The shake itself was good in typical Five Guys fashion, and you could get as many mix ins as you want in your shake. Bacon is even an option as a shake add in if you’re an absolute madman. Credit where credit is due, the establishment and bathroom inside were clean.

Very clean and organized. The food was hot, tasty and well prepared. The crew that was working on Wednesday May 28, 2025 was impressive to watch. They had the place running so smoothly. The grill master was cranking out orders and when there was a lull prepping for the next wave. It’s always good to see people take their jobs seriously. I hope their management compensates them well.

There are very few fast food restaurants that prepare your food in front of you. Also, the consistency of food preparation and staff demeanor is commendable at Five Guys. The bathroom and dining area are always clean. This mirrors the service standards of yesteryear, when courtesy and professionalism were essential.

His attention to detail was impressive—he noticed I was thirsty while waiting for my food and generously provided a drink on the house.
