Ordered Sweet and Sour chicken, Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls. I literally got chicken nuggets with no sweet and sour sauce or any sauce for anything. The Crab Rangoon was only cream cheese. The most horrible Chinese experience ever.

Staff is nice enough but the food is awful!! LoMein and fried rice had a funny taste. Sweet and sour pork was just ok. Shrimp roll had 1 shrimp in it. I hope we don’t get sick!!!!

I ordered lobster lo mein, and i got crawfish lo mein… it had way to much soy sauce it was pooling in the bottom of my bowl, it was horrible,! My egg rolls were perfectly fried but the stuffing was mush… my husband got chicken wing that were dried out, and hard….. I don’t know how this place got a 3.9 star review. Do not suggest wasting your money here… I gave 2 stars because of the girl that assisted me. She was great!

So, I used a paper menu I took the last time I picked up food at China Star (Food Lion shopping center Hwy 210) to order a take out lunch special. When I got there it was more than I thought it was going to be. I checked out the new paper menu and saw that EVERYTHING has gone up in price. Lunch was $8.50, now is $9.25. I just can’t. They don’t even offer an eggroll like most Chinese take outs do.

The crispy chow mein packs they send home with soup have an expiration date of January this year. My egg rolls were raw, which is odd, and my two soups were cold. Did you get new owners? You used to be great. Yet another restaurant to avoid on the long list.

So this place USED to be our favorite place to pick up Chinese not anymore. There was a time that they forgot to give us our rice order and still charged us. Our mistake we did not check while we were there but they had never messed up on our orders. I called and let them know and they said that in our next order they can just give us the rice for free and I was ok with that. Well I called in today and mentioned the rice from last time and I understood that she was going to include the rice in the order. My husband stops to pick it up the women at the register told him she was not going to give him the rice and he asked so you are not going to give us rice we paid for and were told it would be given to us.. she straight up said no…. That is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand mistakes happen and I can deal with that but for you to just act so unprofessional especially because it was YOUR mistake! I can deal with mistakes and you owning up but being disrespectful and rude I cannot.
