Stopped by for a quick lunch before hitting the slopes and the staff were so helpful and kind. Karly took our order and answered all our questions about the menu. Lindsey made our sandwiches so quick and made sure we had everything we needed. Place was clean, music was the perfect vibes. Will be coming back!

Okay I don’t normally leave reviews but the service at this location has gotten pretty bad. I went in twice in the last week or so after not having been to this location for a while. Both times I experienced pretty bad service. I work in customer service and have worked in restaurants so I do understand both perspectives. When I went in the other day, I stood there waiting for the guy with long hair and piercings to finish his conversation with the girl he was working with (which tbh I didn’t really mind) but then when he was ready to take my order, he didn’t even say anything, just kind of stood at the register. I figured he was ready so I started ordering. He was super unfriendly and overall it was a wierd experience. I don’t think he ever said a single word to me and then I ended up just grabbing my drink cup myself since he didn’t give me one, he just went back to talking to his coworker. Now its a few days later and I went in again because I was in the area again and normally, I really like going to Jimmy John’s. This time there was a guy who actually did greet me when I walked in which was cool. Ya know, the true Jimmy John’s experience. Then the girl that took my order seemed to at least take my order in a professional manner despite not being very friendly. But then the blode haired girl that made my sandwich just set my sandwich on the counter and walked away. Didn’t say a word. No idea if that’s my sandwich or not so I looked at the receipt and it seemed like it was mine so I grabbed it, said thanks… nothing. Not a word. I couldn’t tell if they were just stoned or if they really just hate working there but that was the vibe.

Matt is a great guy at Jimmy John’s store 1400 in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. He has a great personality and always welcomes us in! Ask HIM to make your sandwich and you will not be disappointed!!! We think he deserves a raise

Luke was in a rush to get my order in being very pushy and sarcastic about my order.. even thou I was the only one in line I do not appreciate being rushed or pushed into purchasing food when I don’t even know what I’m getting yet… Will not be back to this location as long as Luke works here!!!!!!! Ps 8 bucks for this sandwich and did not even giving a receipt…
