As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food was made as ordered, so food was fresh and hot. Order was taken by automated service. Didn’t like the fact that even though I ordered wings, it is a fee for sauce as a condiment. I could see if I asked for extra ranch, then extra charge is understandable. Otherwise meal was great. Please order you fresh apple pies, yes two. Thank me later.

So the experience I had the last time I went to Rally’s was super unprofessional. I called corporate and they sent me a coupon. I went to another Rally’s and it was the same unprofessional experience. They refused my coupon, snatched my phone trying to read and understand the coupon, and laughed while telling me they think it’s fake and their scanner doesn’t work to actually check it. I will never go back to Rally’s, and I’m going to continue to post about my experience. No one should be waisting their money here or at any of their restaurants. Rally’s can care less about it’s customers!

I was given mozzarella cheese sticks that had been dropped in low temperature fry oil so many times to reheat that the cheese inside was fried solid and inedible. Will NOT return and do not recommend this Checkers at all. Employees do NOT care about the quality of the food they are selling.. it is very obvious.

Had a busy day of appliance shopping and needed to eat. Drove by and thought it had been 20 yrs since I’d eaten at a checkers so why not, sounded good. Got 2 burgers and fries. Both of our burgers were Luke warm, cheese wasn’t melted, & burger was dry. Got sick that evening so from here. Ugh I should’ve known better.

The food is hot and fresh nothing to complain here. I live in Chamblee tucker road two miles from this checker location. Pull up order thru AL pull up to the window got my order but realized I didn’t have any ketchup so I ask but they’re busy with their conversation to hear me so I raise my voice a bit they both turn look at me like I’m yelling at them. The black woman with short pink hair proceed to stare at me like I did something wrong. It’s hard to find a good service now a day consider the price of everything rise up I try to support local business though feel like is a waste of effort. Would i come back no!

This place is a complete joke. Online it shows they’re open until 2:00 AM — I pulled in at 1:25 with lights on and everything running. The second I got to the speaker, the employee literally shut the system off in my face and disappeared. Didn’t say a single word. Just vanished for 15 minutes while I sat there like an idiot.
If the workers here hate their jobs this much, either close the store or hire people who actually want to work. Absolute worst service, zero professionalism, and a total waste of time. This location needs a serious wake-up call.

This review is mainly for checkers corporate the people at the location were all wonderful and nice and super sweet but y’all’s food is not good now I’m not sure what y’all changed but the funds are horrible the sauce is horrible everything tastes like bitter salt sure the food used to just be salty but now it’s just so gross

I will not go to another checkers until they get rid of the automated drive thru.
I ordered a $5 meal, which is advertised on the street sign as a Cheeseburger, chicken bites, fries, and a drink.
Online a cheeseburger is listed as having cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
When I got to work across the street, the burger already felt cold. It had no cheese and was topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and mayonnaise. I can’t have mayonnaise due to raw egg allergen. I had to throw the sandwich away.
The chicken bites and fries were also cold. They didn’t give any sauce, and there was no ketchup for the fries.
It’s almost like I was given an online order that wasn’t picked up and had been sitting around.
