The people working seem to be different every time I come in. If you don’t have a coupon it’s just too expensive. I must admit. The foot long chocolate chip cookie is beyond sinful. It’s so good I almost wish I had never tried it. Warm and chewy and gooey chocolate chips. Best thing on the menu!!!

Ordered 3 subs all with extra cheese 2 of them had no cheese. Also ordered 4 cookies didn’t receive them. When I called I got giggling before oh yeah hey this subway. Said I had the online order it was not correct. She was like well like let me have you take to a manager or someone besides me. Another a person came on the phone before I even said a word she said I can’t do anything call tomorrow and talk to Penny. Seriously well glad I got cheated out of money. It may not be more than $10 but that’s still another sub.

Worst subway ever. The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever meant in my life. She fills out teenagers tax paperwork, which is against the law. She treats her young staff like dogs. Talks to them very rude. When asking for managers info she will not give it to you.

Don’t order online here. This is the second time my foods been wrong. Thanks for my mustard sandwich too. I couldn’t even eat it. Who would ever eat this much mustard. Plus it was toasted and not supposed to be. Tasted like i was eating a boiled hotdog covered in mustard.

The service here is horrible it doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week it is they are all rude and always try to rush you like your bothering them. The workers say no if you ask for extra anything ( even if you are willing to pay for it) but then the next person will ask for extra anything and they get it because they know who they are or what not. Im sorry but when I am paying $45+ dollars every time I come in I should be treated a little bit better than I have been.

Customer service was not good at all. Completely screwed the order up twice. The girl taking care of me rolled her eyes and made a disgusted noise then told me she only works 3 days a month. The replacement sandwich was burned, had zero cheese, very little meat… the manager was just as rude when I went back to talk to her later in the day. The sandwich below was supposed to be a steak and cheese. I will not be going to this subway again.

Whenever I customize my sub, the sandwhich artists have no problem doing so. My sandwich tastes great every time. I’ve been going to Subway for years and I have not had one bad food item. I love their cheesy brocoli soup. It stays hot even while taking it home. Their cookies are great too! I also like their herb and cheese bread, along with the cheesecake cookies! These are just some of my favorites!

This specific location is one of the worst I have ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrific. The employees are too busy stating they have good memory, to listen and make the sandwich correctly.
I went inside to order my sandwich (Turkey, bacon, american cheese, ect) and 2 others, I constantly had to repeat my order, which isn’t a big deal but I have my twin boys with me too. We go home 15 minutes out of town and when I open my sandwich, there is no bacon and no cheese at all. This sandwich was an 11 dollar sandwich on top of the others, I spent almost 40$. I call the store to ask them to make it right, but the best they can offer me is to come back so they can take my sandwich back and add the stuff they forgot.
How is that fair to me? I’m driving 30 minutes total to get my sandwich corrected, and waiting 45 minutes for a sandwich that could’ve been made correctly the first time if the staff wasn’t so arrogant in “knowing/remembering things”.
Is this the way your employees are supposed to treat paying customers? It’s this subways policy, to take back food that’s been touched by the public, back onto the line and add on the extra ingredients (pretty unsanitary)? Can’t believe THAT is subways way of “making it right”. Come back or your screwed on an 11 dollar sandwich with no bacon that I paid extra for, and no cheese.
I won’t be coming back.

I ordered a salad online, had my son go pick it up and he brought me back a container of veggies, no lettuce or spinach… how is that a salad?? I sent him back and he come back saying they were out! They didn’t bother to call me to ask if I wanted anything else or anything! Then I called them and she said she can’t discuss it because they are busy and to call back in a couple hours! Seriously???
