Gyat DANG! Y’all been holding out on me! I got the L11 today and requested my fried rice spicy. Y’all… that spiced pork fried rice was heaven. Just yhe right amount of heat and flavor to really level up this dish. The teriyaki chicken was not sickly sweet like many places make it. And that wonton soup tasted simple and clean. ALLLLL this good was 10 bucks before tip. YowzaH! If you haven’t been in a long time like me, they have stepped this place up. Zero complaints, deserves 10 stars, fast service, everything fresh, brought yourself here right away, tou won’t regret it, just make sure you ask them to make the rice spicy, and thank me later!

I am new to the area. Found this a little gem of a place.
The food was decently priced, considering the economy.

Boneless pork portion is small and the flavor is a bit sweet and didn’t taste fresh. I won’t order again. I got the beef fried rice and added shrimp. Rice portion was a lot larger than expected but there was not much beef. The fried rice was pretty bland. I will note that they do use higher quality beef than other Chinese takeout places.

This is the Best Chinese in Baton Rouge. Always Fresh, Hot and delicious. The Owner knows everyone’s orders so clearly this location has a lot of regulars which is always a good thing.

I decided to try the Mandarin chicken after looking it up online. This was my first disappointing meal here at Kings Wok. The smallest amount of meat in a lunch was fried unlike I was expecting to be naked and cubed. It was prepared in a brown sauce unlike a traditional orange sauce that I was expecting with barely warm fried rice. I should had ordered sesame or bourbon chicken instead!

We love this place, that we stumbled upon when trying to find a good Chinese restaurant. My favorite is their shrimp with mixed vegetables that they’ll make it spicy if you want. A large sized order will get you thru 2 days or at least 2 chow downs. They’re strictly take out and closed on Saturdays…but we’ll worth it.
