New and trendy of course, yet I don’t think this place will last long once the hype dies down. Potentially an okay place to have a couple of drinks But certainly not ideal for a nice sit down dinner. Small and cramped inside. VERY LOUD. Had a reservation for 730. Was seated by 705pm (well done on this) yet we were seated at a high top at the bar—reservation was expected to be at an actual table. There was no bread offered while waiting at the table which I felt was unusual for a restaurant serving entrees to this level. Since seating is very close (within half an arms reach of the next table) we were overpowered by the smell of the next tables perfume to the point of tasting it and having a headache. Requested to move tables when seeing one table leaving. Was told that there was an hour and a half wait and couldn’t be moved (knowing we had already ordered our meals). Took the food to go…four minute drive home and opened immediately. Fish and Chips-fish was EXTREMELY greasy. The breading had just absorbed all of the grease it was fried in and was a bit burnt even, fries were over salted. Filet and crab gratin potato with rosemary sauce – extremely disappointed. Pretty sure I was given polenta (which was on the menu for the New York strip) and not the gratin potato. Steak was supposed to be medium and was medium rare to rare and cold when eating as well as it tasted of nothing but Charr. Also very surprised that a meal at $32 didn’t come with a small salad or any type of vegetable.
Plenty of other great places in the area to have dinner-wouldn’t recommend this one.

We went there for the first and absolutely loved it. It is everything you want in an upscale pub. The food & drinks were awesome and surprisingly reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and friendly; it all around had a great vibe. We will definitely be back!

Horrible service.
1. Very long wait to even meet our waitress. Ordered drinks, apps, & dinner all as soon as we could. Got apps before our drinks. The margarita was HORRIBLE.
2. BLT came with no bacon
3. Margarita pizza was very very bad
4. Steak fahita sub was awful
5. They added FIVE extra cocktails to our tab, making the bill a difference of about $60.
6. Waitress seemed extremely stressed out, even though it wasn’t even that busy.
7. Owner was clearing the table & when we gave him a heads up about our horrible experience, he said “oh sorry”..
I do not recommend ever coming here.

Classy, quiet, and elegant. Typical Longmeadow place; with contemporary decor and beautiful patrons. They have a very limited dinner menu though, what makes me believe their plan is to make it a place to hangout, for drinks and friends, not family dinner- which I’m ok with.

I’ve been to the meeting house many times exceptionally disappointed tonight. They have bartenders will not let you barely check menu which is their standard policy instead of letting people talk you get a drink ask you if you’re ready to order and when you’re not they take the people’s orders that are ready and then come back so when I was getting my soup the people I was with were finishing the entree and when I got my entree it was raw I ordered medium well steak. Exceptionally disappointed not sure if I ever go back been there many times they Rush people to get their orders in instead of letting people enjoy themselves

Tried the meeting house for the first time. We were craving sooo bad a beef short rib dinner & we’re excited. First when walking in it was very pleasant, welcoming, and good atmosphere! We orders drinks & an appetizer. The drinks were very good. However they did have some issues with running out of specific sodas but made sure to work with us to get us something right.
The appetizer was also good, pretty tasty. We got the chicken wings with dry rub, they weren’t the best but were good.
Then our dinner came and honestly we knew it wasn’t going to be good right away. The meat looked sad, and saw the fat piece on each right away as it covered the whole back of it. The meat didn’t really have an appealing color to it as it was more gray like. And it certainly did not fall apart by any means. It was more steak like and had to use a knife. We each took a bite and that was enough. It had not good flavor at all either.
We felt so bad for our waitress as she was new. But our service was great and the food issue is not her fault.
I also believe while we were there another couple had an issue with their meals because the same “manager” went to them before coming to us. He did take our meals off the bill which was appreciated. But I really hope this restaurant can find some kitchen help.
If you go here just go for maybe drinks and appetizer.

If you love salt..you’re in luck. Food was awful, and service was slow. I guess if you want to drink, it’s a decent spot, but the $100 we spent will never see my wallet again. My guess is most of the stuff is frozen. The fried sprouts had old remnants of what were fries in them. Just felt like they weren’t trying hard enough to put out a good product.

Everything was perfect. Cocktails, apps, entrees, as well as service. I am pretty critical when it comes to dining out, especially visiting a lot of local restaurants and comparing…I got the short rib, with mashed potatoes and carrots. Wouldn’t change a thing. So impressed with the meeting house, will be back!!
