Good variety of ice cream and ice cream products. Everything that I have tried has been good. I wish it had more tables or more of a eat-in atmosphere but you will likely want to get your food and go.

Very cute little place but note there is no real seating inside with the exception of a few metal benches. The ice cream was delicious and the small was huge! I got the waffle bowl with strawberry ice cream and it was just delicious and fruity! My friend got the pumpkin pie and it was delicious and not too sweet.
Employees were very friendly, helpful, and let us have samples. Plenty of parking out front. The smallest options was about 5.70 and consists and 3 scoops. Wish there was a smaller size!

I am conflicted on what rating to give, so I will start with the ice cream flavors. The ice cream is tasty and flavorful. There are a bunch of flavors to select from.
However, I have been here two times, and they are always out of something. Last time, they didn’t have a sprinkle waffle bowl. This time, I wanted a normal blonde brownie hot fudge sundae. I was disappointed when they were out of blonde brownies. What shocked me was they were also out of vanilla ice cream AND whipped cream!
I couldn’t believe it. An ice cream shop being out of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream is like a burger shop being out of burgers. It’s outrageous! The situation sounds like a bit from a comedy. Alas, it is the reality of this place: they are consistently out of something every time I visit.
Because the staff was friendly and helpful, I suspect that the problem begins with management. The owners need to speak with the managers (or whoever keeps the products in stock), so they can perform inventory checks and ensure that they keep the bare basics available for customers (like vanilla ice cream and whipped cream).
If this place goes under, it will be because of their inability to keep items they offer in stock. Sadly, I will not return. “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” They will not get a chance to fool me thrice, not even for *thrice* cream 😉

Well I don’t know what the “Karen” is talking about. The ice cream was incredibly delicious and we didn’t wait at all. There are two girls working hard and there’s a continuous flow of people. Thanks for sharing your amazing homemade ice cream with us. We will definitely be back

We have a friend who highly recommended Handel’s ice cream, saying all other ice cream places served “slimey” ice cream, and that Handel’s is creamy and clean. And the ice cream IS creamy and clean, and they have fun flavors.
We went there and got the 4 sampler pack (in my opinion, the best deal cost – and variety-wise) a couple of times and really enjoyed the flavors. Each time, we’ve gotten the Raspberry Chocolate Chunk because the fruit+chocolate combo is good! All of their chocolate varieties are spot on also.

Loved all the flavors we tried with the Sampler Platters. Black raspberry with chocolate was so rich with flavor. Monkey was banana flavored ice cream. Lemon bar and lime bar were sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs and full of citrus flavors. You could go back over and over trying a new flavor and always be happy with your choices.

My daughter and I went into your Bountiful store tonight at 8 pm. There was only one staff person. She was trying to take care of a Door Dash person and there were 20 people in line waiting. We left without buying ice cream. We would have been in line an hour at the rate people were getting waited on. Three other families also left. You lost money tonight by not having additional staff

Great selection of ice cream with everything always being fresh. I’ve always been greeted by the friendly staff with a smile. Some of my families personal favorites are Peanut Butter Parfait, Oreo-Dough, Coconut Cream Pie & Chocolate Cherry Chunk.
Also, you can choose any flavor into a shake/malt. One of our top go to ice cream spots.

Drove past and thought we would give it a try. De-licious! Absolutely great. Love hard ice cream. Had some creative/unique flavors too. But orange dream shake is the best 😉
